My 3 year old sister ended chemo around the beginning of August for her PNET brain tumor. I can't believe I had never seen this video before, but I'm in tears. You have no idea how much it means to me to see you doing something like this, because childhood cancer really doesn't get the attention or the funding needed. i'm a noob in drawing, but when i saw how cute and simple chibis looked, i thought, "why not give it a try?" so i try drawing this one andit takes me FOREVER just to get the heads right, but before i go on, i paused the vid right after he drew the head. and so, after i unpause, he says something like, "make sure the spacing between the heads aren't too far apart or too close" and i wished i could copy and paste and move/select the heads b/c the heads were too far apart... UUUURRRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!! >:(

wow it's incredible the effects you can get using Copic makers. They're probably my favourite medium to draw with

Congrats on 300 videos! And yeah, copics are expensive, but you can get them much cheaper on the internet than in brick-and-mortar stores. Next time, get the Ciao types since those are just a thinner version of the Sketch, and cheaper too! Usually $3-5 per marker compared to the $6-8 sketch.

Mark, the about Copics is that you can refill them. A cartridge will refill a marker about 10 times. Though buying refills for a set of 72 is expensive, it's still more cost effective way down the road than using a marker that you can only use once. btw, you did use Copic before in a veeeery early video. It was a skin tone marker that you used on a Miki illustration. :)

huh. I've notice that there are 2 distinct ways people draw chibi characters. one way is that they do it almost as detailed as they do with their normal people, and the other way is that they don't.
