It was quite difficult to condense everything I wanted to say into a reasonable amount of time, so you might have to pause the video while you follow along. Very interesting that you used a tiger as a reference, I use cats because their spine and tail are similar looking. I use bat wing anatomy for the wings and for the legs I use a canine’s or lizard’s. The head would be shaped like a horse so horse heads shapes for reference. For the mouth I just see snakes and crocodiles or dogs and lions. The body is just like a cheetah’s, long with huge chests and flexible spines.
