7:29 the quadrilateral has insufficient data for a construct. how did you decide on the point where you ended the 64' long line.. why does it have to be on a perpendicular bisector of the base? btw, you should've explained triangle first and then moved on to quadrilateral with 5 measurements, its basically two triangles.

How do you get the intersection point of the 2 circles? My cutting machine which has a basic CAD program does not appear to automatically give an intersection of the 2 circles. When I draw the straight line, I have to use the mouse pointer to get as close as I can, but this introduces small errors.

go to snap setting then object snap & select intersection.you can see the intersection point

the 64' line while drawing quadrilateral is not correct i guess....cuz by drawing two circles from both the sides of base line, you are simply bisecting the base line....that's not correct....
