Try to draw your hand as a reference on a piece of paper like thousand times... and do it perferably everyday... yeah, and just study the anatomy of the hand more as you can imagine, you will get better, and its kinda much fun. :3 Hands will look curved and gracile. Good luck.

The body is hard too. Just try relaxing your hand. Don't draw to hard, try making swift soft lines. Instead if hard stiff jagged lines. It'll help a lot, also try using a different pencil with different lead. I use a Ticonderoga pencil. Hope it helped ^_^
