I never - EVER - wear t-shirts and one of the most common comments I get in the summers is "aren't you hot in that?" in reference to any of my button up shirts. No. I'm not. Why are people under the impression that a button up shirt is hot or uncomfortable? It's weird. I get the same comments on boots too "Don't your feet hurt after wearing those all day?" No. If they did, I wouldn't wear them. Why would boots be less comfortable than shoes? I don't understand lmao.

I got 2 shirts from Immogene and willie and they were both cotton, but one was a little rougher. Like the yarns were thicker, I love that material. I also tried BearBottom shorts and they’re my favorite right now. I was worried about the elastic waist band, but the fit is perfect for someone as skinny as myself.

Great video. I still can't dress in summer clothes and not look like a schlub. I think you can Murawski have the right idea with linen collared shirts and lightweight and/or loose fitting pants. But I can't do it. I'm in either knickerbockers or shorts and bigger, cotton T shirts at home, and in lightweight slacks and poplin cotton shirts at work. Can't do the non-ironed wrinkled look. I don't have footwear figured out, either. A sneaker with a low sock or sandals is the best I can do. The rest of the year, I'm usually barefoot indoors and in leather boots (sometimes shoes) outside of the house. The entertainment and production values of your video keeps increasing-really impressive!

I wish someone had good fashion tips and reccs for actual tropical places, like people from northen latitudes have notions about summer as just the season, something that comes and goes and you just have to “survive” it. All the jackets and boots that Michael shows look amazing, sure, the leather is amazing and they talk about patinas but guess what, I just can’t wear any of that. Here it rains every 3 days for 8 months, and we live at +30C but also 80% humidity, it just RUINS leather in a snap, and your technical raincoat kills you because its hotter _and wetter_ wearing it because of your own sweat than just getting wet with the 26 degree drizzle and drier faster without anything in the way. All those bags with a bunch of straps that just make you bag a pool, etc. I need this channel and I don’t know if it exists…
