I do this thing I have one rack tom and one-floor tom. I a heel-toe double hit on the kick and snare left, rack right, floor tom right floor tom in a sweeping motion left to right reportedly. That's sextuplet though I think

I actually just taught myself this! Was curious to see if I was thinking about it correctly. Just thought of it as a triplet with a hit after the first and second note of the triplet. Also if you're playing it evenly, then the accent will switch hands every beat because its an odd time.

Whenever I'm playing quintuplets,I use the sticking RLLRL/LRRLR to avoid having to switch the lead hand.

i've never even considered doing a quintuplet roll. it's always a four, three, six, or herta styled something or other. hmmmm, now to add feet stomps into the quintuplet. yeah. thx for the great lesson.

a KILLER variation is to do flams on the first and fourth strokes, try it out!

Wow, Ive been drumming for a while now, and I have never done that basic 16th note fill :/ Also, when subdividing quintuplets on sheet music, would you: ooooo ooooo ooooo ooooo | 5 | | 5 | | 5 | | 5 | Like when subdividing triplets?
