Sorry to see that you've not been posting regularly glad I found you anyway very helpful video just wanted to make sure I was doing it right did soak mine in lemon juice and water for a few minutes then dried them off before placing them on the racks hoping they turn out as good as my apples dead❤ Thanks again for the help full video

My sister gave me a bushel of small not very ripe pears. I have been peeling them, sliced into pcs and put in my mesh hanging dehydrator. I'm excited to see how they turn out. Thanks for your video.

What do you do with these (besides snack out of the jar) ? Do you rehydrate and then make a crisp or tart for baking?

Is there some organic treatment that they are giving those pears? They look a lot better than the ones we got from someone who is not putting any pesticides or wondering if there's an organic treatment that you guys are applying. Thanks
