What do you guys generally do if, after all possible non-intubation interventions, an SPO2 greater than 93% can't be achieved?

In that event our crews have the option to RSI a patient using an iGel only. If the patient is hypotensive and push dose pressors do not work, they can also RSI in that case. Again this is an option, not a requirement.
