This is the best training video I have seen for the King Vision. I will be recommending this video for students and as a refresher for providers.

Great video. At my other sites we use glidescopes. At my new one we have king and this video explained it all well. Thanks

Wow....Excellent presentation Doc....exceptionally clear and really drove home the point that this is a "non-displacing" method, completely different from old school Mac/Miller blade laryngoscopy technique...Low and Light!.....This is what was never pointed out to me before and what makes all the difference in success rate...Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

Excellent instruction. I often respond solo to scenes, for myself the suctioning example was especially valuable. Thanks again.

what to do when you are using 3 no.blade for teenager and 'view'is there but ET touch aryrntoid cartilage? introduction of scope from right angle of mouth will solve? please reply
@williamsoncountyems24516 жыл бұрын
Good afternoon Dr. Shah. There are a couple of possibilities to consider based on your description. 1. The blade could be inserted a little too deep, try backing it. 2. If the ET is colliding with the arytenoid cartilage, backing the ET and then rotating it towards the cords could help. 3. Its possible the ET tube was inserted to far out of the channel, pull it back till it's out of the "view" and reinsert it into the channel. 4. If none of those work, try advancing a bougie through the ET tube, while it's still in the channel, and then rotating the ET tube over the bougie through the cords. We have a video to troubleshoot as well: kzbin.info/www/bejne/roOkfGh4qc2HrLM
