You did this so respectfully to your chickens, thank you for the best video on this on KZbin. I went a little less with the powder on the head as when they preen under the wings, the head gets more powder. Thanks

This is another good method, if you need to have the chicken more supported while you dust. kzbin.info/www/bejne/ZqnTYpaMorako68

Ok...I'm WAY NEW to chickens. Was freaking out that my girls might have mites. The directions on the bottle are kinda scary...And I was worried about their face. I have an Ameraucana, and I am worried about her beard. Have you had ANY problems after you put this on their face? I need advice, thank you:)

Jacquie Hayes Hi Jacquie! I try to not create a lot of airborne dust around the face. Notice that I put it on my hand and wipe it, not dust it near the face! We have had no problems after applying the dust.

Jacquie Hayes , I have found a lot of support in the community of chicken-keepers. I have a group on FaceBook called "A Chicken Life" you are welcome to join, and I am a member of a larger group called "Scott's Backyard Chickens". It really helps to get help from others!

The dust we use is not toxic for skin. You don’t want to breathe it much, however!

Smh.... So theres an infeast of this here, here in america?????
@papa.and.mimis.country.life.585 жыл бұрын
Vue Lee, there are mites , lice and fleas everywhere, but will only become an infestation if you keep your chickens clean and treated.
