Great video! One correction though... Spinach may have a lot of iron but is extremely high in oxalates which prevents the absorption of iron, calcium, magnesium, and zinc. (Same goes for people.) Oxalates accumulate throughout the human ( and likely chicken) body causing inflammation, pain and sometimes stones. Spinach is not a super food. Peas and pumpkin seeds are also not a good source of iron as they are high in phytates (phytic acid) which also prevents the absorption of iron, calcium, and zinc, and protein. Plants don't want to be eaten. They can't run away or hide. Their defense is their chemical toxins and anti-nutrients. Seeds are the most protected part of the plant. They want to keep their minerals for growth. The most usable form of iron is in liver and beef (heme iron). IMO: I would give an anemic chicken a small amount of liver for a few days and follow with bits of ground beef for a few days. Liver is very high in vitamin A and copper, so I would just give a small amount. But do not give it along with grains or seeds to allow them to absorb it. Same with meal worms or black soldier fly larvae.

Good video. I was worried about having children near the birds.
