Cooking fish is something that easily intimidates people. That's exactly why I'm sharing how to make homemade fried, seared, and baked fish quickly and easily with the help of the Quicker Picker Upper. Especially excited to partner with Bounty who together with Feeding America, is helping to provide 10 million meals to people in need.

Dude, I was looking for a basic fish recipe..... You gave me WAY too much. let me list. 1. You gave me more confidence on trying out fry, which is amazing because frying hella scares-no, terrifiies me. so thank you. 2. You also showed me a great baking recipe which I will now shop for the ingredients so I can make some killer fish, thus making stop buying out and spending all my monies on fattening foods. 3. Your personality is so fresh and playful in the right way (There is such as a thing as being too much, over dramatic, underpeforming, fake, etc) and I love every second of it. 4. You make this look so easy, I am literally gonna go after typing this comment and cook some fish. In other words, you over perform my friend... and if I could give you more than one sub, I would. So, I hope you like me subbing you, because I will follow you. and I will enjoy your content, friend. thank you!!!! oh and I watched just the one video and already I can tell I will learn much from you as well as enjoying your content.

Seeds are the best substitute for nuts: sesame, chia, poppy, sunflower, pumpkin etc. Pork rinds, frittos, corn nuts (not actually nuts) and various other types of chips can also make decent substitutes so long as you can find a nut free variety. Otherwise you could go with a strudel like topping though that'll change the flavor profile more towards sweet than savory.

I use this little trick to distinguish Aussie accents from Kiwi accents: Have them pronounce the word “Fish” Aussie=Feesh Kiwi=Fush 7/10 it’ll get you the right answer. So you can look cool in front of all your Homie’s and guess the accent in one go.

Nice vid Joshua thanks! Great that you partnered with Bounty, congrats! I do think it is pretty silly that you show that the chopping board is secure using wet paper towel. Tea towel or just a wet dish cloth is what most people would use and it is unnecessarily wasteful to use paper towel for this. For yucky wet things like spilled batter or whatever I do get the point why people would use paper towel, no real gross towels in sitting around in the laundry basket.
