I've seen this method done before but I forgot about it. Last week I had so much loom waste just from re tying my project on. I will definitely be doing this next time.

This is brilliant! I totally love this technique and can't wait to try it. When are you going to post more videos - I have watched everything and can't wait for more. I especially would love more weaving videos!

Thank you for the video. Is there a reason at 9:40, after you have your ends fixed, you do not simply whip stitch the two rods together with about one stich per inch? Would not any scrap of warp thread work well? Pulling the whip stitches snug should keep the rods together, no? Perhaps it is merely a matter of which tool one prefers to use.

The yarn we watched you dye looks so beautiful on your loom. I can't wait to see what you do with it! I watched this video twice as I'm new (very new) to weaving. When your 'friends' joined you and got comfortable I smiled each time. So nice to have company when you do a favorite hobby. I would love a basic video; types of looms, terminology (parts of the loom), and generally how someone should start weaving. I'd also love to hear how you started weaving. I'm having a blast dyeing my cotton, silk, hemp etc... and soon will have so much yarn I'll need to find projects. 😁😃🐕

They are super sweet dogs, that's for sure! I absolutely want to do some videos like that! I think a "glossary" of weaving terms would be a useful video, as well as a video that identifies different parts of the loom, maybe a video about the different steps to dressing the loom. Thank you for all of the feedback. it really means a lot to me!!
