Yum potatoes! I love garlic parm ones. I throw a couple cloves in the water to boil with the potatoes. I make a sweet potato casserole for Thanksgiving with a nut topping. I'll have to email you for your recipes.

All the potatoes looked so delicious. I also like my mashed potatoes with a little texture. My SIL puts hers through a ricer and I feel they get a bit gummy. I’m going to try baking my sweet potatoes before I mash them, usually I peel and boil them. Linda xoxo
