Looks great! I would leave the front end alone. The lean looks great in my opinion.

Back in the 1970’s when I lowered my ‘54 hardtop, I made the blocks were I worked and heated the front springs. When it was lowered more in the back it was called an “L.A. drop” (Los Ángeles drop) or LA squat. BTW that 50 Chev is beautiful!!

I made mine in Jr. High in metal shop. Cast them in aluminum and they worked great 👍

looks great. I have a '54 Chieftain 2dr hardtop and am trying to decide how to get the right stance. I'll probably do it in stages and start with blocks like you did and then air-bag at some point when I'm feeling richer. Haha. That's a great looking ride you've got there!

I see so many cars that are only lowered in the rear. Is that because it's easy to lower the rear, but the springs have to be cut for the front? My dad had a green Chevy convertible like that, with a louvered hood!

Slice the rubber stopper at the rear end..just a bit. Do not remove it!
