I just started to learn blender so I'll defo look into utilising this mock up soon! Another alternative to the Adobe Programs is the Affinity Suite. Photo, Designer and Publisher are the alternatives to Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign respectively. They're very powerful and updates will bring even more features to each. There's currently a sale going on for the programs until mid December and it's a one time payment. I currently have been using Designer for a few weeks to create some vector graphics for my brand but I have plans to utilise the other two in the future. Prior to this I've been using GIMP since 2012 for EVERYTHING.

Are you able to teach how to make a 3d shirt in Blender? I understand how to place designs on a mockup. But to create a shirt/apparel from scratch and apply own graphics to them in an infinite loop would be incredible.

Can I just check you’re viewing the garment in the shaded viewport? If you’re looking at just the model, you won’t see a colour change.

You could potentially do that by adding an acid wash pattern as the design. And then if you have any printed areas, just add the print on top of the acid wash. The only setback is that you’ll loose the fabric textures of the T-shirt. Hope that helps and thanks for the kind words

It’s likely that you need to also connect ‘Alpha’ to ‘Print Transparency’

If you’re looking to make some static visuals, choose you’re camera position, and then got to Render - and choose ‘Render Image’. If you like to make an animation, choose ‘Render Animation’. We have a much more in depth video dropping soon for a new 3D mockup we’re releasing.
