Ty, I managed to quickly take the perfectly working battery out of the dualsense my German shepherd ate the sticks on -_- and put it in my perfect condition controller except for the fact its battery lasted less than 45 minutes. Finally have a working controller again. It was so much easier that I thougt.

Thank you for the clear video. I must say I am disappointed at the quality of the Dualsense controllers. Past PS systems had better quality controllers. I bought three Dualsense controllers and in two and a half years of careful use, they all have problems. I never had controller problems with past PS systems even after many years of use.

Stock ps5 controllers are around 1560 Mah batteries. Amazon you can def upgrade to 4000 Mah batteries. Def going to upgrade mine.

Seems every third party battery manufacturer is jumping on the battery bandwagon and listing their wares on Amazon. After 2 year I'm now getting 1-2 hours playtime from the controller's original batteries, so I was looking at some of the higher mAh batteries. I ran across several reviews that mentioned that after replacing the factory battery with a larger-capacity battery they were not able to use Sony's saddle-type charger, which is what I have and use regularly, but the controller has to be plugged in via the front USB-C port to charge it. Just something to be cautious of if buying an off-brand battery.

Cant believe DS5 is still using this type of battery, Xbox series x/s uses double AA batteries which are easier to replace, My ds4 batteries barely gets 2 hours use and guess what you wont be able to find a replacement specially if you are not in the US.
