Hey Eli! This was super helpful. I'm trying to add web tracking and I've copied the code across to product.liquid however the page is stuck on 'Waiting for Data' . Would you happen to know why? Could it be because my site is password protected (even though I'm already logged in on that browser)

Yeah, the password protection might be affecting it. I would try quickly turning off the password protection and checking the link again.

Hi Eli. Thanks for the video. I connected my shopify to Klaviyo today and it imported all of my contacts and segmented them. If I sign up to try Klaviyo it's going to cost me a lot per month due to the number of contacts. Any ideas how to use less of my contacts now? So that I can get on a less expensive plan and setup an abandoned cart flow moving forward? Thanks

There are a few great ways to deal with unengaged contacts and even remove them in order to save money. However, if you're migrating from another email platform, you'll want to make sure you transfer over the user data from the previous platform to Klaviyo. Basically, the idea is to create a segment of "unengaged" contacts (people that haven't opened or clicked any of your emails over a certain period of time). And then put them in a "Sunset Flow" that will basically try to re-engage them with an irresistible offer, if they don't re-engage, then you can remove them. How are you Eli, I'm following you from the beginning and I'm stuck on 6:30 min copy and pasting the Klaviyo to Shopify. In the product.Liquide I could not find this so is it okay if I just paste it or did I miss something.

Klaviyo gives you the script, just copy all the code they give you and paste it into the bottom of your product.liquid file.
