I thought the pattern states for the bobbles that you go under the horizontal bar & the top 2 loops, Mikey only goes under the horizontal bar?

Bit confusing as how it’s written does match the diagram, it sounds one way but shows the action differently

First of all let me say I’m a crocheter 😂( if that’s a word)because of you and bag o day crochet anyway I used sweet snuggles lite 6 super bulky for this pattern I’m so I have to turn wen changing color I haven’t been and I’m getting ready to start my 3 rd row of flowers and I don’t wanna continue doing it my way if it’s going to throw the pattern off? I hope that made sense but thank you so much for all your great videos

Just curious, the instructions I have say “worked under top two loops and horizontal bar” so that would mean you basically go around them all correct?

Yes I think that’s right.

Hi there! I've been watching your videos for years! I would love to make this blanket for a friend, but I can't see quite well with this yarn! Is there any way that you can use a Redheart yarn or something with a more acrylic to be able to see please!? Thank you so much!

Question. Would it maybe work to make it more secure and totally eliminate possible worming if a person took a regular needle and a matching thread and whip stitched an inch or so of both sides of the end to surrounding yarn after weaving it in like that? I love this yarn but can't justify using it in gifts for new babies when I know anything I make with it has to be babied to launder at a time parents already have too much to do.

Cute pattern but there’s no way this yarn won’t worm like crazy after use and washings. I can’t bear to give a new mom a binkie that has to be hand washed. I will try it with another soft baby yarn and appropriate hook. Thanks Mikey!
@TheCrochetCrowd3 жыл бұрын
I'm glad you are thinking ahead. This type of yarn is better with tight stitching as you alluded to.

When you change colors do you have to cut the yarn or can you just add the new color in the stitch before turning
@robinadams66144 жыл бұрын
He did say at the beginning of his instructions that you have to cut the yarn because you're going to need that color later at the opposite end of the rows.
@conniestone62514 жыл бұрын
I wonder: why couldn’t you just bring up (at least) the grey yarn and work backwards across for the two rows.,,,?.,. Since the stitches are exactly the same on each end. Do you think this would work?

Mine look nothing like hearts. Your yarn choice makes it hard to follow what stitches you are using. Giving up on this project because my hearts look awful.

Okay, thanks for the update. I'm sorry for my failure of yarn choice to create your terrible outcome. The pattern is available through the video description if that helps you any.

Even if someone wants to use that velvet yarn when they make it, why would you ever use it for a tutorial? Its impossible to see the definition of the stitches or where you place your hook.

I was super glad to see this yarn being used because there are tons of tutorials using regular yarn, so I was glad to see someone using a more intermediate level yarn for a change!
@carlastormont78499 ай бұрын
It was not a complaint. Just an observation about how helpful (actually not) the video was for me because it was so very hard to see distinguishable loops and or spaces.

Mikey has a ton of vidoes at different levels. I have completed a lot of projects with him. Give some of his beginners level or stitch along vidoes a try I bet you will love the results. Happy crocheting :)
@martaguthier35024 жыл бұрын
If you are a beginner, this may be a bit hard for you, when someone makes a tutorial is usually a small sample , if he chained 180 and work each stitch his videos would be extremely lengthy , so it is more practical to do a sample.
