Did 400-800mg testosterone for a year came off went through the horrible withdrawals but came out of it all with a decent amount of tissue. Back to natural for now & may just stay natural. From personal experience I went through some up and downs - prefer being natural BUT that time on cycle did build muscle and I did keep about 50-60% of it so I’d say it was worth it. Not promoting this as a good idea but i trained for over 10 years natural have decent genetics and got fed up with the progress after 10 years so I’m glad I did it. It definitely wasn’t a smooth ride but worth it overall and YES in my experience you do keep some of the gains and you can return to your natural hormone levels. I did it for just shy of a year, used other stuff like masteron, anavar, winstrol, tbol and cycled hcg half way through for about 8 weeks. I didn’t do a pct either. As for this diet advice I’d say spot on as usual. Most of what I lost when I dropped the doses and came off was water and glycogen.

Hahaha, I am on another side of the scale. Relatively fat dude, who's gaining muscles and tries to get leaner. I am natty and don't use currently any sports nutrition, like protein shakes, creatine, etc. All this will come later in my journey. So far I am super happy with my results, where I simply cut the junk food and reduced the carbs. Assuming that I had 121kg of weight, 20-25% of which was a pure fat, I try to get around 2g/kg of proteins daily (around 180-190g if you recalculate). Near to no sugars, reduced carbs. Morning I eat 500g pack of faf reduced cottage cheese (almost no fats, some carbs and 60g of protein) with some honey and sesam, pumpkin, etc seeds. For lunch I have around 300g of chicken breast with vegies and some (very little) rice, noodles, whole grain toast, etc which gives me around 60g+ more. I eat it mostly in two sets, otherwise it feels somehow too much. During the day I snack on some cheese, different nuts (peanuts, almonds, cashews) where I get around 20g-30g more. After training and unfortunately before sleep there is a salad with canned tuna or shrimps or air fried chicken breasts and olive oil/balsamic vinegar/both. That's anothe 30g of proteins, which I get. Despite being short on around 20g of protein, I have steady gym gains and weight loss of 10kg over the period of 3 months, which makes me extremely happy! It's hard to stuff yourself with that many healthy and protein rich food to reach that 2g/kg target, but the results are worth it every second I look into the mirror! In several months I'll probably slightly reduce the amount of food and replace it with protein shakes. We'll see where it brings me then :) I hope, this will help somebody with the same goals like mine! Have a great day everyone!

Ok so I (6’1” 160lbs) worked out consistently for about a year and half. Ended up basically maxing out at 180lbs, got depressed and have fluctuated between 160 and 185 for the last year or two. I tried to just get fat and I couldn’t even do that. It seems like every time I got a bit heavy I’d lose the weight because I’d get so tired of forcing food in my mouth and I wouldn’t eat for a day or two or I’d get sick. I restarted Monday and I just wanted to say I’m really glad I found your videos. So fuckin funny, reasonable, knowledgeable, and well spoken. Do you have any advice for someone who has trouble eating enough calories like me? I’m doing good right now, but I’m afraid I’ll have one of those days.

Just slowly ramp it up. I find eating a good breakfast super early in the day helps so I'm ready to eat by lunch. I'm 5'9 was like 155 early 20s, managed to get up to 185, down to 175. Things like nuts and grabola bars are really good too, super calorie dense

Liquid calories bro. I started every day with an 800 calorie shake - 16oz milk/oat milk, 2-3tb peanut butter/nut butter, 1 banana, whey protein powder. Besides that, drink shakes with lunch and dinner too. The liquid calories are the cheat code for us naturally skinny small appetite guys

A video on fat/carb/protein intake for natural vs enhanced would be interesting, I see a lot of enhanced people eating very low fat and very high carb I assume because of insulin and not needing fat for hormones but that's not ideal for someone who is natural

Would you ever do a video on body dysmorphia? I get the feeling that if some enhanced people solely use the mirror they could come to an unfortunate end.
