Mike, you are the REAL DEAL! I lost 30lbs in 4 months and feel great, I'm almost 60, so never too late to improve your health. Thanks for ALL your videos and being such a regular guy, fun to follow and learn from. I am done with the weight loss, and now focusing on building a little more muscle. Even though I believe I did build muscle with the weight loss, I can now have fun maintaining my weight, and put that same energy into growth. If I were to ever meet you in person, I would thank you for the motivation you gave me personally. You are the best! Shout out to Jeff Nippard also...

hello dude, if youre looking for real growth, youre gonna have to go on a caloric surplus and gain half a pound to a pound a week to have that hypertrophy on overdrive. though, if u want to maintain weight (which undeniably would have a fraction of the progress speed), thats of course completely okay and up to you

Whats your workout plan after rejoining?
@Bladetrini1016 күн бұрын
@wajahathussain7955 i started out low volume and worked my way up. First did full body the first weeks, 1 day gym 1 rest day, then went over two split, chest back and shoulders day 1 legs + arms day two. Did like 5-8 sets per muscle grp per workout. Think the workoutplan i did when i rejoined was pretty much Weighted Pull ups 3x6-8 Incline dumbell press 3x8-12 Chest supported row 3x8-12 DB shoulderpress 3x8-12 Bayesian curls 4x12-15 Tricep extensions 4x12-15 And if i had energy, i did some leg exercise, but often i skipped legs all together in the first months, makes it easier getting back into it, and less fatigue. 😅

There is so much value here. That's exactly what I needed. I'm struggling to believe people did this for many years before a video like this existed.
