I had Neapolitan Pizza in Naples for the first time 6 days ago and it was honestly the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten. It tasted like cafeteria pizza, then I went somewhere else and it was the same. Seasoning guys, honestly. Pizza everywhere else in Italy was far beyond

I personally like to fold it similar, but in half and not on top of each other. What that does is I can have a bite of pure pizza and eat a piece of the folded edge and won't end up with too much bread with no pizza with it.
