If you presoak the nuts, seeds, legumes and grains the amount of acid in them will be little. our enzymes easily break them down and our body kan utilize the minerals and vitamins.

Beans are fine if you cook them properly. You need to add seaweed, or my great-grandma’s trick was to add 1-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar while they’re cooking. Some beans have a lot of calcium, like Adzuki beans. The seaweed or ACV breaks down the phytic acid.

Sauerkraut, organic miso and natto are also an excellent source of k2. Sauerkraut and capsicum are also very high in vit c which helps build collagen. Good gut health must be a priority as the mouth and the gut is connected. Good gut health = good oral health.

Wonderful video with good advice like getting sun, salmon, eggs, and avocados. No coffee, no dairy, no alcohol, no sugar, no pasta, no bread, and no energy drinks. No wonder I have had issues with cavities. Coffee keeps me awake enough to do my job and white wine makes me tolerate life in my spare time. At least now I know what I should aim for in a perfect life - the only question is if I still want to live it 😊 Thank you so much for sharing your insights! If I make bad choices, at least now they are informed choices.

Finally a show I’ve been looking for !!!!!! I’m in America and dentist here can’t wait to drill my baby girls teeth 😢 she’s 5 ! It’s not going to happen!!!!!!!!!! It’s so micro between her right of her back teeth. She’s not in pain and we are flossing and brushing more and don’t drink or brush with fluoride water. We brush with Fiji bottled water and use fluoride free toothpaste. We use vitamin d3-k2 liquid and rinse with hydrogen peroxide with organic orange oil for flavor. We also stay away from sugar as best we can.

Thank you much for this information. Whick brand of D3-K2 liquid do you use? I am with you 1000%. I had a horrible thing said to me by a dentist when I was a child. My teeth were beautiful, white, clean and cavity free. He said, after the exam, he was going to hurt me if I had to come back to him for tooth care. He was 'so-called joking" but as a kid, you take that very seriously. He passed away, and his son took over his practice. His office was in my neighborhood and I had times that I had a toothache out of this world but even at the suggestion of friends, I would not go to see his son! Another dentist told me I should remove a perfectly healthy wisdom too because it might get infected. What kind of twisted thinking is that? Why not cut off my head to prevent from getting a headache. You have to be so careful with these "professional." All the best to you and your daughter who is 4 years older since your post!😄👍

This was absolutely fantastic!!! I first learned of healing cavities in 2009. I loosely started implementing the diet, subtracting and adding what was needed. In 2013 I started buying books on the subject from Robert O. Nara, Weston A. Price, Sally Fallon, & Ramil Nigel. I really started implementing all the knowledge in 2013. I've told everyone I know about it (all of them are like, What!? Some are in disbelief and can't get enough, and others, don't believe, so I just tell them to do their own research and look it up). This is such a good video! You explained very well, and even gave me some tips I haven't implemented yet! Thank you so much for this! This is the first video I've seen from you. I just looked at your You Tube page, and I can already tell I'm going to love your channel! You're awesome! Thanks again! 😁👍

Dr. Hall! Thank you for this. I have always had cavities despite brushing and flossing (I do enjoy sweet things but I regularly floss and brush). I have always had stress and anxiety which has caused relentless stomach issues. I believe that my stomach issues have a higher chance of causing cavities over the occasional sweet tooth I get. I’ll definitely focus on these foods. I’m TRAUMATIZED of the dentist from my childhood (a low-income dentist with crappy conditions and during the military I had a horrible experience as well). I don’t want to keep having to go in. 😌

I just across this video! Great information. I stopped going to dentists about 7 years ago, because they know nothing about nutrition/real health, only interested in "treatments", i.e. invasive treatment that they can earn money off of, but unfortunately most know nothing this woman is sharing - or are not willing to share this information if they know it. As a result of becoming interested in nutrition about 8 years ago and as a result of no longer going to or listening to dentists my teeth and gum health is now near perfect. I no longer have chipped teeth, receeding gums, bleeding gums, bad breath or nerve sensitivity. I don't brush my teeth more than once a day. I never believed their "swill your mouth with nerve gas" stories and avoided all x-rays. Fortunately I have no fillings, because my mother never gave me or my brothers sweets when we were young, just packed lunches with vegetables rather than junk...she felt it was shameful to have children who had fillings.... thanks to her I never have had:=)

Nearly 32,000 views and no comments? I'm honored to be the first then. I have found through my issues with my teeth is that oral health begins in the gut. I found that I had a severe gluten sensitivity. I had to have several teeth extracted but the few I had that were iffy have been on the mend without dental intervention. I've had no pain, my gums have stopped bleeding and my gums are regenerating. Get off the gluten. Stop eating wheat, rye, and barley.

Wow 😳 iv got some serious changes to make, i drink coffee first thing, then orange lemon and apple cider vinegar and ginger tea, love fresh pineapple, have mash potatoes once a week, dont like salmon but have Chaga mushroom in my coffee, plus drink it as tea. I have very few teeth left 🥺 what i do have are mostly caps, due to bulimia 30 yrs ago. Id like to at least minimize future cavities on what i have left, thank you so much x

This is fabulous! Can you remineralize a small area where a white, composite filling has fallen out on a front tooth? It never had decay, it was just chipped from chewing on a pen yrs ago. I would rather remineralize it as opposed to fill it again. I have remineralized 3 small cavities on my children through a similar diet, oil pulling, and cod liver oil... so I truly believe in this! Thank you in advance for your answer.

No. I say this as a dentist . Defects you can see will not be re-mineralised. However most likely this is a cosmetic problem and my guess is that you don't necessarily need the filling- unless it is deep and difficult to clean.

Any particular type of cheese(s)?
@caresblair1234
@caresblair1234 Жыл бұрын
@@EvolveDentalHealing cheese is one of the most addicting foods in existence. Moms milk hormones in condensed version, designed to get a calf suckling and growing at a phenomenal rate. These are some of the most powerful natural chemicals you can consume. Yet the human body NATURALLY is ill suited to any such products, and if you cleanse yourself from them you will continue to GROW in your lactose intolerance in case you were wondering. Most people are fairly lactose intolerant anyways. Even trash vegan foods like soy are harmful in large part, cheese just takes such to the next level protein wise (complete trash on your kidneys).

Hi Dr. Rachel, I really like this viedo very much, it has lot of useful knowledge I never learnt from other dentist. I really appreciate you taking your time and sharing this to people. About the food you are talking about avoiding grains, breads, potatos...etc, one question keeping in my mind is, I am Asian, rice is our daily main food, I wonder if I miss my main food, do you have any other suggestion that I should take as main food? As I try to avoiding grains 2 weeks, and my weight dropped about 1-1.5kgs, and I don't really want to drop my weight. Hope you can give me some suggestions. Thanks.

👏 18:34 EXACTLY!!! We are in regenerative joint medicine in the U.S. Over nearly 3 decades, we have effectively treated patients 14-106 yo, patients with autoimmune or other health issues, some who smoke, some on multiple medications, and so on. The one patient we cannot effectively treat are vegans. Simply put, their bodies simply don’t make enough collagen to regenerate their joints. Their facial skin, skin in general, organs and glands may be youthful and healthy but their joints feel like jelly fish. If a vegan wants treatment intervention, they must be willing to eat some animal protein. Eggs are ideal of course however we had patients the first years we treated who were not treating effectively whatsoever who were not treating well and after some time decided to eat anchovies, for example, and finally began to heal. Of course it’s been decades that we will take a patient if they don’t eat animal protein. We have 97% effective treatment reversing OA and joint degeneration, injury and instability if patients follow a few protocols, one of which must be eating some type of animal protein daily including collagen and cartilage supplementation from cows in NZ. You likely answer this someplace in your videos and online presence: for our convenience, is there a dentist or group in the U.S. you can recommend for our patients? We have not found any satisfactory recommendations thus far over these many years. Thank you for your work.

use a fourth of a teaspoon of baking soda and a fourth of a teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide three percent and mix that in half a cup of water. First, use your toothbrush to brush your teeth with your toothpaste. Second, dip your brush in your mix and brush your teeth. What this will do is it will help prevent the biofilms from continuing to come back and that way your teeth will be nice and smooth and you will have less tartar buildup. Step 1. Make your mix of water, baking soda and hydrogen peroxide Step 2. Brush your teeth with toothpaste Step 3. Wet your brush with your anti-biofilm mix and brush your teeth again.

Thank you SO much! I’ve read that swishing with baking soda(sodium bicarbonate) after meals, after brushing or just at random throughout the day is a good way to alkaline the oral micro biome. What would you say? Again, so much gratitude for sharing this knowledge.🦷🪥💛

@lydialaxy4841

I ve got one in UK near by..however he removed all my amalgam fillings in one go without telling me about detoxing and doing it slowly,which would have been better and then he didnt get on with replacing the temporary crowns he put on top by permanent ones for years afterwards. Eventually i had toothache and when after an agonizing week I finally got an appointment with him he threw his hand up in the air told me I needed a rootcanal filling and that he doesnt do them. Not warning me about the risks of rootcanal fillings. As a so called holistic dentist he shouldnt even have advised such a procedure. Needless to say I had endless problems with that tooth afterward had to have it extracted eventually and a heathy tooth next to it because it affected the nerve underneath so much that the pain was simply unbearable. So screen your holistic dentis very very carefully possibly better to find one abroad and pay for a flight to avoid all these issues with misnomed UK holistic dentists.And as a side note he had also signed me up for an insurance that covered emergency dental care...only thing is at that time emergency dental services were not existent in the UK ,only on the NHS which means ab's until the weekend is over.
