I watched a female friend ruin her brilliant white smile over six months by drinking a potion of A C V and lemon juice to lose weight. She lost some weight and then decided to increase her consumption of the vile cider water and lemon juice with minimal weight loss but her smile turned to dingy brown as her shiny enamel disappeared, eventually decay did the rest to make her look like some kind of facial monster with stumpy teeth making her jawline resemble an ancient caved in cheeks harridan, and the pain from her misaligned lower jaw was hideous. Brush your teeth with a gentle toothpaste and floss or use a WATERPIC DENTAL SPRAY device to get the crud from between the teeth.

I love Weston A Prices’s book: Nutrition and Physical Degeneration and it was a former Harvard Anthropology course book. He studied in 4 different continents in 14 different countries. I remember the chapter about the Australian Aboriginal people back in the 1920’s-1930’s Price studied all these isolated hunter gatherers, isolated farmers and all these isolated groups never brushed their teeth and never flossed their teeth. What resonated with me is the nutrient dense diet of high fat-soluble activator foods were seafood, fish roe, organ meats, bone marrow, wild game meat, traditional fed farm animals. All these isolated people were with broad dental arches and beautiful pearl white teeth. Osmosis according to Mark Breiner’s book: Whole Body Dentistry here in the USA talks about the fluid flow of saliva with the teeth. A healthy fluid flow comes from inside your teeth outward. So a traditional diet and stress were major contributing factors and this explains why the teeth stayed in amazing health. Reverse osmosis changes when you eat wrong and are stressed and all the fluid flow of saliva is trying to go from outside the tooth back in. This is why it seems logical to have to brush your teeth when eating wrong. Chapter 22 is the standout where Price was head dental researcher in the 1920’s & 1930’s in the USA with his wife and he was seeing a dentist with a young 14 yo lady who had 42 cavities attack 24 teeth. The dentist wanted this young lady to get a full set of dentures and Price protested saying she needs to try eating her traditional native food meals but to use high vitamin butter and 50/50 mix of high vitamin cod liver that was raw . She was to consume 1/2 teaspoon with each meal for 3 times a day for 7 months. The follow up was x-rays. Well all the teeth healed with a secondary dentin which is a natural yellow pigmentation filling material. Well one wisdom tooth eventually had to be extracted but this is in and of itself utterly amazing. This does not fill in a large cavity but prevents further dental decay. High vitamin butter is derived from grass growing the quickest in spring and summer and the milk and butter has the highest vitamin and mineral contents. High vitamin cod liver oil is raw cod liver oil. The book is over 510 pages long and they sell a short version. Coincidentally the shorter version has an Aboriginal man on the cover . The shorter book is like 80-90 pages less. Do not get that one. I have secondary dentin that healed my teeth. I do oil pulling therapy with Bruce Fife. Yeah I believe your right about swishing too long but my gums were tight and nice pink color. You have great info and I’m a type 1 juvenile diabetic and that book saved my life. I was 24 yo when I first read that in 1994. I’m 55 years young but lost all my enamel eating a vegan diet when I was 24 yo. I heard a person used non scented ivory soap brushed her teeth until 95 yo and never had a cavity. I love Price’s 2 Volume Work: 1) Dental Infections Oral & Systemic 2) Dental Infections and the Degenerative Diseases It’s almost 1100 pages long. Yeah I have bruxism and just had one infected wisdom tooth that I had for too long . The dentist kept ignoring me that I want that thing out. I had each molar with mercury amalgam and they took them out wrong not using Hal Huggins protocol.

Hi, enjoyed the video, what is your opinion on brushing teeth with water added to magnesium chloride - magnesium oil, is it detrimental to the teeth?
@EvolveDentalHealing4 күн бұрын
I'm really glad you enjoyed the video! Your question about magnesium chloride is interesting, and I appreciate you bringing it up. I would not personally advocate it for these reasons: Acidity: Magnesium chloride solutions can be slightly acidic. While the acidity may be minimal, frequent exposure could contribute to enamel erosion over time. Abrasiveness: Magnesium chloride can have a slightly abrasive effect on tooth enamel which can wear it thin.
@19rocknrollcircus684 күн бұрын
@EvolveDentalHealing Hi, thank you for the reply,I went through a phase last year of using magnesium oil to brush my teeth regularly and started noticing bigger gaps between my teeth although I also drank lots of soda/ sparkling water so not sure if one or both is to blame. One more query, I've started brushing regularly with just hot water using an electric toothbrush thoroughly, am I missing out by not using toothpaste?
@EvolveDentalHealing4 күн бұрын
@@19rocknrollcircus68 brushing with just hot water and an electric toothbrush can remove some food particles and debris, it won't provide the same level of protection and benefits as brushing with toothpaste. Toothpastes are mildly abrasive so they break down the plaque and biofilm more effectively than just your toothbrush. Also, toothpastes contain minerals that strengthen tooth enamel and help prevent cavities. So if you are not using toothpaste you need a mineral rich diet to ensure you are getting adequate minerals in your saliva to help remineralise your teeth

A mercury detox protocol generally involves a combination of dietary adjustments, supplements, and sometimes specific chelation therapies aimed at reducing the body’s mercury load. Mercury is a heavy metal that can accumulate in the body, particularly from sources like fish, dental fillings (amalgams), and environmental exposure. It's essential to approach a detox carefully, as improper methods can sometimes cause harmful side effects. Here’s a broad outline of a typical mercury detox protocol, but please note, it’s crucial to consult with a healthcare professional before starting, especially if you're dealing with significant mercury exposure. 1. Identify the Source of Mercury Exposure Dental Amalgams: If you have mercury-based fillings, it might be advisable to work with a dentist who specializes in safely removing them. Fish and Seafood: Certain types of fish (like shark, swordfish, and king mackerel) contain higher levels of mercury. Reducing intake of these fish can help reduce exposure. 2. Dietary Changes Increase Antioxidant-Rich Foods: Fruits and vegetables rich in vitamins C and E, selenium, and glutathione can support detoxification. Foods like berries, leafy greens, nuts, and cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, kale) are great. High-Fiber Foods: Fiber helps bind to toxins in the digestive system, assisting in their elimination. Whole grains, legumes, and vegetables are good sources. Hydration: Drink plenty of water, and consider adding lemon or cucumber for extra detox support. Chlorella and Spirulina: These green algae are often used for heavy metal detoxification as they help to bind to mercury and support its excretion. 3. Supplements and Natural Detox Aids Vitamin C: Helps to neutralize mercury and other toxins in the body. Selenium: Protects cells from oxidative stress and supports mercury detoxification. Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA): A potent antioxidant that can support the detox process, particularly in the liver. N-acetylcysteine (NAC): Supports the production of glutathione, a critical molecule for detoxification and protecting against mercury toxicity. Cilantro: Known for its potential to mobilize mercury and other heavy metals from tissues, but it’s often recommended to combine it with chlorella for safer detox. Activated Charcoal: Can help absorb toxins in the gut and reduce their reabsorption, although this should be used cautiously and not at the same time as other supplements. 4. Chelation Therapy Chelating Agents: Certain substances (like DMSA, DMPS, EDTA, or oral chelation supplements) can help bind to mercury and remove it from the body. These treatments should only be done under medical supervision, as they can cause heavy metals to be released into the bloodstream, which could cause a temporary increase in symptoms. 5. Supportive Therapies Sauna and Sweating: Sweating helps the body excrete toxins through the skin. Regular sauna sessions (especially infrared) can support this process. Liver Support: Milk thistle, dandelion root, and other liver-supporting herbs can assist with detoxification pathways. 6. Lifestyle Adjustments Reduce Stress: Chronic stress can impair detoxification, so stress management techniques (meditation, yoga, deep breathing) can support the process. Sleep: Ensure you're getting enough sleep, as the body performs a lot of detoxification while resting. 7. Regular Monitoring Blood Tests: To gauge the level of mercury in your system, you may want to get tested before and after a detox protocol, especially if you're working with a healthcare provider. Caution: Releasing Mercury Too Quickly: If you detox too quickly, you may experience symptoms like headaches, fatigue, brain fog, or even worsen toxicity as mercury is mobilized before it’s fully eliminated. It’s important to detox gradually and monitor your body's response. Consult a Professional: Always work with a doctor, especially if you're dealing with high mercury levels. They may recommend a more personalized approach or run specific tests (like urine or hair analysis).

We have started gem toothpaste with hydroxyapatite. However, I’ve I see maltodextrin in the ingredients. Should I be worried I was told this ingredient is bad for us. please help. I’m in the UK. Thanks
@EvolveDentalHealing6 күн бұрын
Maltodextrin has a high glycemic index (GI) value, which means it can cause a spike in your blood sugar. It's safe to consume in very small amounts. The amount in the toothpaste is very small and it does not cause the bacteria in your mouth to produce acid the way other sugars can. Maltodextrin in toothpaste is generally considered safe for most people. Here's why: Minimal Amount: The amount of maltodextrin in toothpaste is typically very small and not intended to be ingested. Purpose: It's used as a thickening agent or to help other ingredients bind together. Not a Primary Concern: The primary concerns about maltodextrin relate to its potential impact on blood sugar levels when consumed in significant amounts, which is not a concern with toothpaste.

@EvolveDentalHealing7 күн бұрын
Unfortunately as of yet, we do not have the perfect filling material that is totally free of anything that may be considered potential non-biocompatible and as such we seek to use the best we can. Ideally, I'd use ceramic for every restoration but that is not practical given its cost, number of visits required and need for removal of additional tooth structure than when doing a filling. The BAS is in trace amounts and considered stable due to its compounding. Without it, the fillings do not show on x-rays and it is impossible to differentiate and diagnose decay.

Totally appreciate your honesty. Has there been any test studies to say they are safe . Also these are combined with nano hybrid technology and nano can manipulate atoms and molecules at nanoscale. The development of hybrid ceramic nanocomposites is in its early stage so who’s to say in another 10 years these may leach these metals into the brain. Thanks so much for all the information that you provide. I want to have my mercury fillings removed-I’ve had chronic fatigue for nearly 35 years and still have 11 of them. After doing extensive research, I’ve realized that many of the materials used to replace them are just as concerning. Instead of being truly “safe,” they contain other potentially toxic substances like fluoride, monomers (such as Bis-GMA [BPA], TEGDMA, UDMA, etc.), and even fluoride-containing cement. Now, with the rise of nanotechnology in dental composites, we have to ask-are these truly safe? Who really knows? VOCO is often promoted as a safer alternative, yet it contains barium aluminum borosilicate. MELISA testing states this isn’t classified as a metal, but does that automatically make it safe? The best option would be ceramic or porcelain fillings, but at nearly £1,000 per tooth, these are only accessible to the wealthy. It’s frustrating that only the wealthiest can afford to avoid neurotoxins in their dental work. If it were definitively proven that mercury leaches from amalgam fillings, shouldn’t we have seen massive lawsuits against dental associations for recommending this neurotoxin for decades? I’d love to see them held accountable for the potential harm they’ve caused worldwide. Between water fluoridation, mercury in vaccines, and mercury in amalgams, it really makes you question the motives of the oligarchs making these decisions. Rant over!

I have never had any problems with them and my Dentist wants to replace them because she claims they are like removing shrinking and I don’t know leaving a perimeter of space I’m still not convinced I should replace them and I told her no I don’t want to. I said if it’s not broken, why fix it and she didn’t like my answer what should I do?
@EvolveDentalHealing10 күн бұрын
I'm going to give you the short answer which is you should get them replaced if they are failing; And now the reasons why: You need to replace a failing filling because: Further Tooth Decay: When a filling fails, it creates an opening where bacteria can enter and cause further decay beneath the filling. This can lead to larger cavities, more extensive damage, and potentially even tooth loss. Infection: If the decay reaches the nerve of the tooth, it can cause an infection (abscess). This can lead to severe pain, swelling, and even the need for a root canal. Sensitivity: Failing fillings can leave the underlying tooth exposed, making it sensitive to hot, cold, or sweet foods and drinks. Discomfort: A failing filling can cause pain or discomfort when biting down or chewing. Cosmetic Issues: Failing fillings may become discoloured, chipped, or cracked, affecting the appearance of your smile. Early detection and replacement of failing fillings are crucial for maintaining good oral health and preventing more serious problems. Signs that your filling may be failing: Sensitivity to hot, cold, or sweet foods and drinks Pain when biting down Visible cracks or chips in the filling Discoloyration around the filling Food getting stuck around the filling A gap that the dentist can probe or see where the filling no longer seals the cavity
