Hi Mirabel,it’s thanks to you I bought my own mini stepper, mine is a twist stepper with handle bars. I’m 43 yrs old, mom of 1 young adult, 1 teen and 2 young boys and starting this type of exercise has changed my life to be and stay fit. I started back in February and quit. Then started my own 90 day Weightloss challenge in June and this month of July is my 60 days already. Thank you for being a beautiful inspiration. Congratulations on your new baby and you look great! Keep up the good work, continue stepping! 🙏🏻🦵🏼💪🏼💕🎉🥰

I just got my stepper. I have 100lbs to lose. I have a very weak core. After having 6 kids and never been active my stamina is horrible. I needed to see you! New subscriber!

Thanks Mirabel I heard you talk about toddler portion and the truth is you are right about reducing the meals and toddler size is a good way to demonstrate what you mean. It is hard to tell people reduce your portion coz its not clear what that means exactly for most people. People with large portions from where I come from eat until they sweat 😂. I am from Cameroon so I know what you are talking about. So yes toddler size says it well. So keep up the good work. Also about not getting back to adult portions the human body can adapt like that. When you stretch the human body it adapts to a lot of food. Same when you reduce the portion it rebels first then adapts... And reducing portions I believe takes time and is gradually just like you explain about increasing gradually the workout time to build endurance. It's not one day you wake up from a plate full of food to a toddler size. Atleast how i see the reduction. Thanks again for sharing these tips. ❤

Hi Mirabel, what mini stepper do you have that can give you 1 hour workout? The ones I am seeing on Amazon through your link, they only giving 15 min to 20 min.
