How to Edit Mannequin and/or Metahuman Animations directly in Sequencer

This is the cleanest and fastest way to edit animations either for a Mannequin or Metahuman character using 'Bake to Control Rig' in Sequencer.

Hello! I have the same problem, the metahuamn control rig option does not appear. May I ask how we can do this process?
