I always upload from pc when possible since that ensures the best quality as for export it's always the same export settings bitrate needs to be 20 at vbr set the dimensions to your sequence dimensions make sure you toggle high quality on and that's all I personally do

when you import them as vector icons you are able to change the color so you add a gradient and make it white to blue
