@@RConstructionSolutions Howdy, Rowena ! Thanks for the question. Unfortunately I don't have any experience with Pipedrive CRM. Does Pipedrive have some kind of integration with Canva? Have you tried using the embedded version of the web form? I know Google Forms works well in a Canva website/landing page but that's just another workaround like Jotform.

Hello Larry, thank you for the video. I did what u say, but my JotForm is not "fitting" my Canvas website .. its goes too big.. When i try to resize the form, he goes too small.. Any tip for fix it? thank you.

Howdy! Thanks for the question. Yeah, unfortunately, not much you can do about that since it is an embed on the Canva website - especially if you've got a long form and you're trying to squeeze it into a small space. I'd keep playing around with the size of the embed, and maybe adjust the font sizes on the Jotform side of things.

Thank you for this video! I was wrecking my brain! I have only one issue with the redirect link. it works in Jotform, but in canva I get an error. Like it won't load in Canva. How did you get yours to work?

Hi there! 👋I'm glad the video was helpful. Sorry to read you are receiving an error with the custom redirect link via JotForm. As to the reason for the error -I don't really know 😟. Things to check - Is your Canva web page/site published? Is Canva preventing redirection links? Is the redirection link properly formatted/correct? You may want to try the default JotForm Thank You message and customize it with links, images, and text. etc.

In Jotform settings? If you don't see a notification(email sent to you) or autoresponder (optional - email sent to the recipient), you'll need to create them. Just click on Add New Email under Settings - Emails tab, then select what type of email you want - autoresponder, notification or digest. If you have any more questions, let me know. Happy to help.

Jotform no longer populates on Canva. Of course they did this the day that I actually needed this.

Just curious ... do you have to integrate it to Mail Chimp or can you just collect emails inside of Jotform?

Thanks for the question. You collect all form data in Jotform with or without any integration. The integration with Mailchimp helps with automation of emails.
