Love all your videos just awesome!!! Thank you . Can you please share how you set up the red laser to work ? I adjusted it so it was on the needle hole in plate before putting frame on with hat . Once hat was on it was to the left I tried a few times but now frustrated . If there is a video or easy way please share .

A buddy of mine bought a single needle to learn on and he bought the software and learned to digitize himself. That's probably the best way to go if you can. That way you don't have to depend on a third party. Maybe find one to just send an occasional job to when you are real busy. Real time, how long did that demonstration hat take?

I do 24 for one and the digitizing fee and for 20 or more, I do 18 but that is in my area. I know people that charge almost double that.

Yes but you shouldn’t have much on the outside. Make sure you do a tension test.

What is a lot of view out there? I should know because I researched for eight months before I decided to work with them. I chose them. I hunted them down. I wanted to work with them because it is worth it. Customer service is worth it. They set up a Facebook account and walk you through everything. I have never done anything like this before and they helped me get going right away. If you watch any of my videos, you’ll know I don’t lie to you. I’m open and honest 100% every video.

I guess I should give little more information. We have been using them then 2017. If there is a problem, they fix it, with no problems, until it meets your expectations. We have been very pleased with them. My wife does embroidery, I do leather work, and laser engraving, and cutting out things to put together with the laser. My wife is a perfectionist when it comes to her embroidery. I was curious if you sew over the seem on the front of the hat, or just on the sides of the seam? Love your video's. @@laserengravingwithmatt
