The RG VS FFG is the Needle point how round it is. For hats you want to use a TITanium needle. OR even a 80/12 for Richardson stiff hats. I havent broke one since switching to Titanium.

The bobbin cases for flats and hats. They different tensions? If so what tension works best for your machine. I bought the same one.

I don’t own an embroidery machine but they interest me. Have you researched anything about the logojet uv printers? Seems like some of the laser pros are adding them to the business.
