Embroidering Trucker Hats on my Melco EMT16X Embroidery Machine

I use painters tape on the center of the cap, measure and draw a line then put it on the machine and hit the estop and make sure the needle hits the line i drew that is centered, then take the tape off. Also i took an old hat and cut the bill off it and use it to clip on to the hat bill so the machine doesnt rub. The machine will rub through the tape easily. The old bill is reusable and will last forever.

Enjoyed the video very much! I am Stan. Do you have a video showing an assortment of items you have done? I'm in research mode now for my fiancee. Getting married next week. We're moving to Florida by the end of April and will be busy with our new house for a few months but once settled, we'll buy a machine with cash. Depends on the hat if it’s a structured hat use sharp and if it’s an unstructured hat you’re better off using ballpoint

No offense Angela…. I love you but Todd charged me way too much for my EMT16X back in 2021. Now you can get two of them for 6k more than I paid for one …. And yes I tried to negotiate with him but he was adamant that the price was fixed.

@@patriciahatch5038 these are sturdy enough to not have to do that , unstructured hats you definitely have to follow that rule
