How to enable Dyno/Roller test mode on a Mercedes-Benz w204, Full explanation.

This mode is there to disable the traction control systems for when the car needs to be tested on a Dyno, I was having some fun with this and I hope it helps if you didnt know. Yes the floor was wet but with this mode enabled there is no interference at all from the traction control system, I cannot wait for an open space with some moistness and do some donies!!!

I notice from pull away both will spin and as one looses traction just one will spin so its definitely some sort of limited slip differential but not full LSD

hello, the esp and traction lamps of my 2012 model c250 Amg remain on and the car does not move forward even though it is running.

Hectic bru is your gearbox ok? Could most likely be module failure ABS pump and or a gearbox failure its just displaying that errors.. needs a diagnosis most likely so sorry man could be something simple i hope.

Oh thats just so weird i cannot think what the main issue can be if should move when in gear with it notoving but on and in gear something mechanical must be the issue in such a way non of the modules are broken.. does it rev up does it clunck when changing into a gear did it just happen over night?

@@cookiesareincenteroftheuni6971 i've been told that dyno mode with an automatic the transmission tries to always put on the highest gear possible so it's hard to control the car or drift for that matter.

@ilzku06 could be yes even on dyno mode the car just does its own thing regardless of what im trying to do. I swear was this an on and off switch literally these would be some of the best cars to have fun with.

I don’t think it can do on a 4 matic I have one and I try the same settings but won’t spin the back weels push the break and the gas pedal and nothing

Yeah i dont think the 4matic will spin maybe in snow or sand without traction control kicking in.

Me just learning about it and trying to show how i did it. As even with ESP off traction control is still very evasive. So dyno mode is the closest way to have some fun that or pull ESP and ABS fuses.
