For people who have problem with NVIDIA Geforce RTX card , you need to do an aditional step (see point 3 below): In Registry Editor. Replace "SOLIDWORKS 2021" by your version 1) at Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\SolidWorks\SOLIDWORKS 2021\Performance\Graphics\Hardware\Current -> copy the value of Renderer, for example : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070/PCIe/SSE2 2) at Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\SolidWorks\SOLIDWORKS 2021\Performance\Graphics\Hardware\Gl2Shaders\NV40 create a key : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070/PCIe/SSE2 in this key create a value DWORD (32bit) : Workarounds set the value of Workarounds at 80408 (or 32408, ...) 3) at Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\SolidWorks\SOLIDWORKS 2021\Performance\Graphics\Hardware\NVIDIA Corporation create a key : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070/PCIe/SSE2 in this key create a value DWORD (32bit) : Workarounds set the value of Workarounds at 40000

Hello, my friend. Don't worry try these steps carefully again two more values were introduced in number 11. if you still have that issue reply and I will give you a link. it will work, just make sure you are doing that on the latest version of your SolidWorks. 1.Open the registry (Run -> regedit) 2.Navigate to "HKEY_CURRENT_USER>SOFTWARE>Solidworks>SOLIDWORKS 2017>Performance>Graphics>Hardware>Current" 3. Double click on the "Renderer" key and copy the text under "Value Data". For example, for the GTX 1070 mine was "GeForce GTX 1070/PCIe/SSE2" (my friend laptop) 4.Navigate to "HKEY_CURRENT_USERSOFTWARE>Solidworks>SOLIDWORKS 2015>Performance>Graphics>Gl2Shaders>NV40" 5.Right-click on the NV40 folder on the left pane and select "New -> Key" 6.Rename the new key with what was copied in step #3 7.The only key in this folder should be a "(Default)" key 8.Right-click on the right pane and select "New -> DWORD (32-bit) Value" 9.Name this new key "Workarounds" 10.Double-click on the "Workarounds" key and enter the value "30408". You should be in Hexadecimal mode. 11.RealView should now be available. If it is not, try setting the value in step #10 to "31408" or "30008". 12.subscribe ty 😃
