Swing This Kettlebell and Strength here’s a couple more short technique video ideas: 1 handed swing vs 2 handed swing technique, How to press a kettlebell (focus on shoulder and elbow mechanics), How to do kettlebell halos properly, How to do turkish get ups with kettlebells properly and where most people fail, Here’s a clickbait video: “why kettlebells are the perfect quarantine workout equipment” 🤷🏻♂️ just some ideas, I know you’ve covered a lot of this in the past but KZbin will pump these if you do new videos to your niche and broader fitness viewers of other channels is my guess. Simply because you have “ranking power” within the kettlebell niche and how to videos often get promoted in the feeds

Sir, excellent advice. I'm pretty novice but I've experienced the downsides of letting the KB swing you, and now I do it just like you say here. It is good to see someone put it into words and action though! I apologize that I don't know anything about you or your channel, but you look great. Would you say the majority of your bulk/size comes from KB work? If so, could you kindly reply with a playlist or video about KB work for size? I have figured out how to burn a lot of calories, work my core to death, massively increase flexibility, balance and stamina, but I don't ever feel that soreness like when you hit the weights and know you're making gains, if you know what I mean. I'll check out your other videos but if anything springs to mind please help me out. Thanks!
