On this, yes . you could put books or a 2x4 under heel if you need stability

Hey brother, I hope this doesn't come off as a condescending question but I'm going to shoot it your way anyway. How confident are you developing/assigning a KB power endurance regimen for SOF guys? Taking into account that I will also continue with basic barbell lifts (squats, deads, bench, OHP, etc.), calisthenics and cardio, more specifically running and rucking. I'm looking for a KB power endurance protocol to add as the "meat" of my training to progress functionality and job specific fitness. I'm an avid KB user but lack knowledge in developing an intelligent way to program my overall training for the big picture and longevity. I've been following you for a bit and I'm overall impressed. I just wanted to get your take on this to see if your programming is right for me and aligns with my goals. Thanks, brother 🤙🤙
