Hi Ravali, hope you are doing well! The last few weeks of pregnancy can be tough! First thing I would suggest is to stay calm and not worry too much about the due date. It is not set in stone. Only 5% of the babies actually arrive on the due date. :) Secondly, you can practice all the above exercises. Hi Ayesha, your back should be long ( no rounding of the spine). There can be a slight tilt forward of the back as you push the hips back and down. Hope that helps.

Hi Nasreena, this is just a position which means baby is head down facing your back - the most ideal position for vaginal birth. At 32 weeks it's still too early for the baby's head to engage in your pelvis.

Hi Radha, I can understand you situation! The last couple of weeks of the pregnancy can feel like they are going on forever. If this is your first pregnancy, baby tends to drop later. So just stay calm and continue doing the above exercises. If you can, also include a pranayama practice in your daily schedule. Hi Avishna, sorry I missed your question. Cord around the baby's neck is pretty common. If your Dr. feels it's nothing to worry about and has given a go ahead for a normal delivery, then you can do these exercises.

Hi Mary, 36 weeks is still quite early and I would suggest if there is no medical complication for you or the baby, it would be best to wait and give baby time to engage. If you baby is posterior, you can also try the following exercises to help them turn to anterior position and then continue with head engagement exercises : kzbin.info/www/bejne/jGe2gJenr9KYbZo

Mam, I'm 39+1 day now. I'm 0 dilated and baby head is not engaged yet. I'm doing squats, walking, stairs climbing, duck walking and butterflies poses but nothing to going progress plz help me out.

Hi Hira, I am assuming the baby is in head down position ? Do you know if the baby is in Occiput Anterior or Posterior position ? In case the baby the is in posterior position, it might be difficult for the baby to engage. In that case you should also do these exercises to help rotate the baby to OA position - kzbin.info/www/bejne/jGe2gJenr9KYbZo If the baby is in OA already, continue doing the exercises you are already doing and just try to relax. Let the pregnancy hormones do their work and the baby will come when it is ready :)

@@hiranaaz6454 Hi Hira, I would not advise you to take castor oil. It can many times lead to severe nausea and diarrhea and is not a proven method to induce labor. I would strongly suggest just relaxing and continuing with your exercises to help engage the baby . If you do not have any medical condition, then it is generally safe to wait till 41weeks before trying induction.
