I did this workout for two days in a row and yesterday about two hours after I had the thought “dang that workout video didn’t work for me” I went into labor! Birthed a 10.5 pound baby at 3 am on Halloween. Glory to God!

@@mahirajpoot393 I've been a doula since 1987. There can be a lot of reasons for your cervix staying closed. 1. Is this your first baby? 2. Do you feel safe and supported? 3. Is there any chance the due date is wrong? I've also worked closely with home birth midwives for over 2 decades, and learned a lot from them. 40 weeks is the **average** length of pregnancy. Modern medicine is primarily research by white men, and doesn't take into consideration a lot of factors, like sperm viability, epigenetics, familial history and trauma, influence on the mom based on experiences during her **grandmother's** pregnancy, and the autonomy of the baby. We do know that babies start producing hormones that trigger labor when they are fully developed and ready to live outside the womb, **or** when they are no longer safe to continue inside the womb (issues with development, problems with blood flow through the placenta, and things we don't even know how to test for yet). Meaning women are not actually in control of going into labor, baby is. That being said, if mom doesn't feel safe, doesn't trust her environment, doesn't feel like she can keep baby safe after birth, she creates hormones and chemicals that will tell baby "don't be born yet, you are safer inside" This is **extremely** beneficial if we are being chased by a tiger, or a lion.... Not so helpful if we want to go into labor because the doctor is saying "go into labor by this date or we have to induce you"

It worked!!!! 41 weeks yesterday and I did it once at 7am in the morning, start having contractions at 9am, my water broke and had a bloody show at 3pm, went to delivery room at 6pm and our baby was born today, 11th of February at 12:06am via normal delivery ❤ thank you so much!

I did this workout at 38w5d around lunchtime. Next morning I had bloody show and lost part of my mucus plug but no contractions. I did this workout again later that day. By that same evening I started having contractions and baby boy was born next morning!! Labor progressed quickly and baby boy was born 18 minutes after we arrived at the hospital. Only thing I did to try to help induce labor was this workout! I would say this definitely worked for me 🥰

Look when I tell you that I did not believe the comments, people, or even after doing this video. I legit did not believe it was going to work BUT IT DID!! I had just left my final doctors appointment upset bc my doctor was literally forcing me to get induced the next day, I was 39w and 2 days pregnant and I knew I still had time but my doctors insisted that I get induced. Fast forward to the next day (after doing the dance)when I wake up at 5AM to use the bathroom and lord behold my mucus plug is out and I had my “bloody show” or whatever it’s called and then 3 hours later my water breaks! People, I was suppose to be injected with drugs in order for my child to come out and instead I was blessed to having my water break and have the normal child birth I wanted all along!! Anyways DO THE DANCE, give it chance. Thank you thank you thank you for existing!

I come from a family of women who all had to be induced for different reasons. I was regularly exercising before conception and started doing this workout at 37 weeks about every other day or so. I was also doing all the things (minus castor oil and essential oils) to induce labor- raspberry leaf tea, dates, lots of walking, sex, yoga, and accupressure points). I started having contractions at 8am on my due date and had our daughter at 5:32pm without the epidural. It was my first baby. The whole labor was great; we consider it a miracle. Just wanted to say I did ALL the things. Raspberry leaf tea, dates, curb walking, induction massage with oils & cupping, induction acupuncture, etc. I did this video midnight at 38.5 and 7 hours later I had bloody show and contractions! So I saw ge comment's section and decided to try this since it work for so many moms and I'm here to say it works I was 39 weeks 5 days pregnant when I start this exercise I did it for 2 days twice a day,morning and evening. I wanted to quite because its two days no result so the next day I was 40 weeks pregnant. That night I start having contractions 15 mins apart then in the morning it stop so I thought it was a false alarm then next night same thing but continued in the morning 10 mins apart so I went to the hospital was not dilated yet but stayed there over night by morning 3 cm dilated then 5 by 12:00pm then 7cm by 1:38pm,10cm by 2:00pm baby was born 2:15pm. I pushed for about 5 to 10 mins with no tears❤❤❤❤ absolutely recommended this for any mom

I feel you! I’m 37 weeks too and the pain has gotten unbearable. So much pelvic pressure I can hardly walk. I want him to develop as much as possible but I am just miserable at this point 😭 they haven’t checked me for dilation. I have a c-section scheduled in two weeks.

I’m convinced this workout and lots of prayer got me into labor! I was 39 wks + 5 days, due date on a Thursday. I did the workout Sunday night (it’s intense!) and woke up 12:30p with contractions for 4 hours, that tapered off. I was pissed 😂 I did the workout again on Monday evening and prayed that Lord would allow her to come when she was ready. Tuesday morning I woke up and couldn’t walk AT ALL. I was so sore from the workout and from the baby’s head pulling on my muscles in my groin area. We stretched out my legs and not 5 minutes after laying down, my water broke! Just a slight gush. Contractions started about 40 minutes later and I had my baby on Tuesday evening at 7:09pm! Thank you (and the Lord!) so much!!

I came across your video yesterday morning and did the workout at 10:30am then again at 3:07pm. I went into labor at 11:58pm yesterday and had the baby at 4:31am this morning!!! I didn't think this was going to work for me. Last 2 pregnancies I had to be induced at 41 weeks. This pregnancy I started drinking the raspberry leaf tea and eating dates ( I wasn't consistent, but most days I did) I did not work out at all this pregnancy either. Just did a few pelvis opening stretches every once in a while....And well 30 min after doing this exercise I lost my mucus plug, at 39w4d. It was like around 11am. I stayed cramping all day long, and arrived at the hospital at around 950pm. She was born at 1030! I'm holding my baby in my arms at the hospital, and I just had to come back to this video to add my testimony lol.

Hello! Just wanted to pop back and say I did this workout on Sunday morning at 10am at 38+5, took my dog for a walk at 3, went into labour at 4 and had a baby by midnight. Staying active with your workouts absolutely had so much to do with how fast and safe the delivery was, not to mention how strong I felt. I also wanted to say thank you for all of your unbelievable prenatal workouts with such a range for women who want to keep going strong throughout pregnancy. You were just a few months ahead of me with your pregnancy and it felt like programs were coming out just for me at all the right times! Can’t wait for postnatal plan on Thursday. I cannot recommend NML more and have shared your workouts with every person in every phase of life for months. 💕

Hello! I just wanted to have an honest response about the video. I started this workout at 37 weeks, hoping to go into labor. Sometimes I did it twice a day even. I’m currently 39wk5 days pregnant so it did not help me go into labor, but it is a great workout that makes me feel good after I am finished. Hope this helps other mama’s expectations of it.

Please try it, I never believed it could actually work but it works like magic. I was 41 weeks 2days gone when I did this exercise and I had my first child 2weeks before my EDD. The first time I did it I was so tired so I could not continue the next day so the third day I tried it again it was around 5am before I went to church and boom around 8:30 contraction started and I had my baby at midnight that's 1:20am on Monday. My baby is 2weeks 2days today

So.....for those mommas that are past due and anxious to get things rolling....these exercises are great, but the win for me was the 'Midwives Cocktail!' I took the drink at 9:30am....had a nap at 1pm....woke up at 2:30 with cramping (bowls flushing)....started contracting regularly by 3pm....got to hospital at 5:20pm....almost didn't make it there. Lol. I thought my husband was going to have to deliver baby on the highway. Lol. I was 9cm dilated when we arrived, but had to hold off while they hooked me up to an IV (in the event that I needed oxytocin after delivery to slow bleeding). Unfortunately it took 5 people before they successfully got the IV in....horrible waiting half an hour when you are literally ready to push. Thankfully the LORD sustained me. ❤️ Started pushing around 5:55pm....baby was born at 6pm on the dot. 7lbs 14oz...perfectly healthy...no complications! Best delivery yet!

At 38+4 days i did this workout, then did it again the next day, i started the same day having weird sensations and pains here and then, shaking, loose bowels for a few days. Then i started having contractions at 38+9 evening and gave birth at exactly 39 weeks at 8:37am. So glad i found This workout adn foooowed through necause it worksssss! Cant just be a coincidence for all us women who tried it!!

Saw all these comments about women who got contractions the next day doing this so i tried this and the same with me! My water broke the next morning (at 8) got contractions in the afternoon and my baby was born in the evening🤗 (40+3) it definitely works. Thank god bc otherwise i would have been induced.

So, I found this video and read the comments. I saw that a few people said it helped to start their labor. I wasn’t sure if I believed it, but I tried it anyway. I found out I was 2cm dilated at 39w5d. The next day I did this exercise around 3:30pm. I went with my Mom to a store to walk around at about 6pm the same day. By 8pm labor started, got to the hospital around 10pm and was 3cm dilated, I had my baby at 2:07 the next morning! First baby, born on her due date lol

This really really works! Im from India. I was 39 weeks +3days (15th aug) ,no contraction nothing.I these exercises for 3 days, and I started seeing cervical mucus from the same day,and everyday uptill i started contractions on 18th early morning on 18th there was bloody show I thought I might loose my water. I timed my contractions and went to the hospital at 10:40 pm and delivered a baby girl in 2 hours, normally. I think this really speeds up the labour process and readys the cervix for delivery. I followed this video and also another video. I was not very active during my pregnancy because of complications but this was my 2nd child and my 1st was a normal delivery.

This video helped me a lot to have shorter labor. My cervix was still closed at 38weeks but I just continued doing these exercises til my 39weeks. I had my labor pains and gave birth only 7hrs later after my first real contraction. Thanks much!

I started this workout at 40w 2 days and did it for 3 days. I went into labour 40plus 5 days and had a healthy boy baby. Baby was delivered within 20 minutes of reaching Hospital. Thank you for the amazing workout.

I did this right at 37 weeks and went into labor less than 48 hours after. It definitely works, still feeling crazy it actually happened 😅. I was doubtful at first but I believe it helps. I did it on a Thursday afternoon, started getting cramps Friday morning and heavy laboring Saturday morning and a new baby.

I did this 3 time in one day at 37.38 39 week .. Constraction started 25-4-2024, 5 am . same day 10 am gave birth with normal delivery with out epidural.. Thank u so much ..

Did this with a starting and stalling labour. 14 hours later my baby came. The contractions I had while doing the workout were very intense. Things did settle back down but I know the intensity of those contractions did help things.

I’m going to do the miles circuit and do this as the last exercise set! I am only 7 weeks and I’m already training for birth. I went 11 days overdue with my last and labor was a struggle so I am going to do everything I can to prevent that this time.

i’m 40weeks today. Did this twice in a row because it helped shift baby more central and took his back of my right hand side relieving some pelvic pain 😌. i’ll update if it induces labour UPDATE: did it again once in the day at 40+1. My waters broke 1am the next morning 💦

I did this workout 3 times over the space of 24 hours as I was overdue and trying to get baby moving before my induction. 3 hours after my last workout my contractions started! Definitely worked for me! I went from 2cm to 10cm in 20 mins when in established labour with baby no. 2! Thank you xxx

I did this workout everyday since I was 36 weeks. Once I was 39 weeks, I Dilated to 4cm and only had a 7 hour labor!!! Trust me it works guys just stay consistent!!!

I put to bed at 39weeks and 4 days. I started doing these exercises at 39weeks (about 30 minutes at a stretch twice a day with lotes of walking in between), had a membrane sweep at 39wks2days. One thing I would say is these exercises made me feel better at my pelvic region and helped shorten my active labour. I literally delivered within 15 to 20 minutes of active labour. If I hadn't set out to the hospital when I did, I would have had my baby at home.😢

I did this workout at 38 w around 7pm and next day around 8 am .after 10 hours I show bloody discharge but no contraction .I did this workout again later that day and I started having contraction right now I am in my labour pain and waiting to see my mini virson 🥺😍

I'm 38+5 (will be induced at 39), and even if this doesn't put me into labour, it felt so good to do!! I'm on my feet all day for my job, but I haven't worked out since I got pregnant (do to being sick my whole pregnancy). I feel so strong now after doing this session!! Im gonna try this nowww its 10AM , im 38 weeks pregnant todayy🎉🎉 im doubtful it will get me in labor but its worth the try and ill do it everyday until it happens!!!
