I used white tile painted black for my first attempt. Never thought about choosing the slate algorithm. Thank you for this video.

Hi there, there are no options in the material other than old, Norton and Co2. What sort of power setting would you recommend on a 150w C02?. Thanks:)

Under each of those options are sub-categories of materials. So, for your case, click CO2, and then the material.

Hy, I try it. I make 3 layer color and finish with matblack. When the laser finish with the work I have only Black and white picture... Why? :(

maybe you use too much power resulting in too much heat in the canvas or the paint u use is reacting.. try different paint
