How is it fully decomposed in a month, how? Mine takes around 3 months.

Wow! Three months is too long, if you follow my step guide you will get ready compost around 20-30 days. Make sure you add kitchen waste and cover layer by layer with old soil or garden soil. Use a mixture of liquid fertilizer to help speed up decomposition.

I live in the tropics and have done something similar and it's broken down within 30 days or so too. The only difference instead of the bacteria bath and layers of soil is, I use dried leaves to layer and rely on the soil life for quicker decomposition. 1. Collect food scraps in freezer bag for week 2. Empty scraps in 20g bin (bin is in shady location on soil for soil life to enter) 3. Cover with leaves (no need to water as frozen scraps provide own moisture) 4. After 2 weeks, you can repeat if desired or leave for entire month undisturbed
