Thank you so much! Wanted to play my PS4 at this hotel and the input button was locked. I found this video and entered the Hotel Mode setup and was able to unlock it! The TV on my hotel was an older LG model - 32LT380H. The remote was the same except instead of the Setting button, mine had the Home button. Either way, I tried it by pressing the Home button for 5 seconds + the code and I was able to enter the settings and unlock the input! Cheers!

it works, but it's not the number 5 that pops up. It's the current input that pops up (in my case HDMI 2)

Does not work on all LG hotel models. As others have said. When I hold settings...the menu immediately pops up, there's no way to enter any code

I work at a hotel that has a condo on the top and it has three TVs with LG DVRs and use some type of "smart remote." So, we end up with two different volume settings; one for the LG DVR and one for the TV. After the TV is turned off and back on, the volume setting for the LG DVR is all the way down. You have to use the separate remote to turn the LG DVR volume all the way up and then the guest can use the "smart remote" for the regular TV volume. Is there any way to change the default volume setting for the LG DVR to stay all the way up after it is turned off and back on?

On a older LG I bought from a hotel. I have to hit menu several times than enter 9876 to enter a menu. I scroll down to back light and try to change it from 100 to 150. But every time I hit enter it just resets back to 100. Also would love to change color and all. Maybe you can help me with this. Model is LG 37LD340H

You can follow the steps in the video, the code is either 1105 or 0000. This is workable in Singapore, not sure for other places.

As I see no one is answering you but I'll give you a great suggestion. If you want to use a commercial tv as your home tv then its a really bad idea. Its a bad idea because I recently bought a commercial oled lg tv for my home and now I'm suffering. First of all you you not have app store in commercial tv . You don't have netflix or amazon pime or hulu in built but just youtube . For everything else you have to buy extra chromecast or apple tv ....secondly many many features from commercial tv are missing and they are present in lifestyle or home tv . You have to put your id password everytime in youtube and it keeps forgetting everytime you switch on the tv . The worst part of this tv is that it doesn't support or have any inbuilt over the top or entertainment apps or app store. But there are some plus points that is you dont have to worry ablut burn-in in oled tvs that are commercial and no problems in years in general commercial tvs because they made to run 365 days a year. Moreover you get some extra yeara of Warranty. An I have this latest oled lg commercial tv and i have 4 years of warranty so I dont not have to worry at all. As other home tv gets only 1 year of warranty. But in my opinion if you are planning to buy oled tv then go for commercial because you get extra warranty and there are change your oled tv can get screen burn in issues juat after 1 year. But any other tv go for home model or lifestyle model . You can also have oled lifestyle tv but you have to be extra careful with the panel as the home model is very much sensitive. I hope i cleared your doubt.
