Thanks for this video! I've been feeling like I haven't been understanding and focusing on proper eq, also during the end section (where you were giving example of the frequencies like "Cat shaking" "box sound") does it matter what frequencies your instrument/sound reaches to?

Each instrument has a unique harmonic structure. I like to think in zones: Low, Mid, High of each sound instead of the instrument itself.
