Females are like old radial engine airplanes in a cold environment. You have to connect the Auxiliary Power Unit, flip on the fuel shutoffs then the fuel pumps. Turn on the magnetos and close the choke and adjust the air/fuel mixture then start spinning the starter. It's all very nice, Victoria, truly apprecite your concept of the runway. My actual problem with the runway is, that most of the time, when we start on the runway, the plane never takes off, because something else happens, she feels tired and is satisfied with the attention she got, a phone call comes in from a friend, or the child wakes up, or a number of other distractions or just life happens. In an ideal world, yes, the runway happens, but it's like 1 out of 10 times, when you're on a holiday for example and don't have these distractions or just limitations etc.

I dont know how this'll be received, but as a younger man navigating through cptsd and trying to salvage a sexual identity from a life where i didnt really think I'd ever be able to have the liberty of romance, I've found that the runway makes PERFECT sense for what needs to happen to even start to feel like it's reasonable enough conditions to loosen any caution tape, so to speak. The runway approach makes the idea of being able to be vulnerable with someone like that seem not just manageable, it seems approachable. I don't know if I may be pretty far from the target audience anticipated, but it was a lifeline to me all the same. I find each woman's 'mountain' has different things on it, but it's not always linear like your runway. My wife messed up one time and upset a good friend of mine. Taking a woman out on a decent date prior to going back to your place also helps because she gets to tell you all about her day etc and afterward, the anticipation of intimacy is in her head the entire rest of the date. You're right on the money. I was doing the slow build up since I was teen just intuitively and as I got older it clicked. Here's a story. When I was 16 I had a one night stand with a 20 year old girl/woman. We were laying in bed, I tried touching her soft tummy (belly) and she'd swat my hand away. I tried again and again. Finally I thought let me massage her hand a bit to warm her up. She liked that. Now when I went for the tummy she let me no problem. Things progressed from there and I had an amazing night with her.

I mean you really dont need the words on chart if you got the gist of what she was saying. Basically start with covert flirting, these are things that could be shrugged off as you not flirting. Then gradually make it obvious that youre flirting. Then once its made clear that you're flirting she will flirt back. If she doesnt flirt back then STOP. Once she flirts back then you can start throwing in SUBTLE innuendos and sexual jokes. She will react positively. This is when you are now allowed to touch her. One benefit of going ‘mode one’ really early and having them get really mad and then leaving them to it is that it can save you a lot of time and work. All this progression from 1 to 100 that you’re talking about takes a bunch of time, whereas going the ‘mode one’ method off the bat is like planting a seed, and then being able to just leave that seed to grow all by itself into a nice fruit or whatever, and then you just come back to pick and eat and enjoy the fruit once it’s ripe. ur right though. A lot of women have what they call responsive desire which means what you are saying. I am not even one of them. I have what they call spontaneous desire which means I will suddenly just get a burning feeling of being turned on out of the blue. Even so, I still prefer a build up...not really sure why it is so important. I think the womans body needs to be gradually warmed up physically for some reason. I disagree. I've seen planty 0-100 build up on foam partys and night clubs where chicks meet the guy and 10min later they making out and go to the hotel room together or bathroom for a quicky. This is such a great refresher for me. When I was 18 I knew this, and did this, and it all made sense. I had one girl at a time, I was nervous and shy, and I worked up the escalation ladder or “runway” as you put it and it went well. Now I’m 34, I’m very experienced, I’m seeing 5 women casually and tying to add more to the mix, and just the sheer amount of variable and differences in experiences and results and moods of each woman at any given time, it’s scrambled my brain. I feel like I have worse game than ever, but I have better results than ever. I’ve been a slow builder by default, but I’ve missed out on a lot of instant lay situations where the woman was ready right then and there and I wasn’t mentally prepared to do it that fast and it intimidated me. For example, I had a date with a girl who later on got me a job at a place she was the manager at. Her being my boss killed a lot of my attraction, I’m usually dedicated to carrying out orders but her giving me orders pissed me off. I stopped pursuing her. She calls me into her office one day to reprimand me, but I sense she’s tense and sexually frustrated, so I suppress my ego (😡) and flirt with her, give her a long lingering tight hug, and she lights up. The kind of way that I could tell she was just moist and ready and expecting me to take her, in her office, with a bunch of coworkers right outside the door, and I still felt like half a bitch for being reprimanded by a chick I’m supposed to be masculine and dominant of. I chickened out and left the office but I regret it, not for missing out on sex and getting another notch, but because I chickened out. That situation haunted me, so every time I sense a woman is warmed up I test her a bit before I go for the kill. I run a checklist: pupils dialated and eyes wider than usual, uncontrolled smile or smirk, blushing, hard nipples, feet pointing toward me, fast shallow breath or exaggeratedly deep slow breaths where she is trying to maintain composure, and an open and relaxed body posture slowly tensing up and becoming very stiff as if nervous. Even with that checklist met, not once has it worked out so far. At least not in a random social situation, tinder/POF hookups work fine. This video is really reminding me of the fundamentals. To run the runway even if I have green lights all over the place. Your insight that women still want it even if they’re horny is soooo key to me. That was hugely helpful. I can look back at times I didn’t do the slow build up and see how the girl was more or less going through the motions even if I was doing a great job, it would take a lot to snap them out of it and get them into the moment and hungry for it.

Yes, arousal and seduction are needed to get a woman in the mood for sex. But for a casual hookup this is way too much work. IME hookups happen organically, the sexual attraction is immediate. The woman will let you know she wants you. Men just need to be honest with their intentions and stay in the moment. If you have to put in this much effort, sex wasn't going to happen in the first place.
