I agree a man could be attractive doing these things, with the caveat that it comes out naturally as an extension of his personality and way of relating to others. If a guy is not naturally playful, passionate or witty, unfortunately it's not going to work and his best bet would be to be himself and find a woman who doesn't need or like these qualities, of which there are plenty.
