Not necessarily true for the 90 minutes because there are some resorts where you go to sign up and their paper says “approximately three hours or more” on the paper that you’re signing. But that being said if you don’t want to take a timeshare presentation don’t and sign for one.

My God, 3 hours? The thing is that nobody EVER reads the paperwork prior to and after signing. Out of the 700 clients that I had, I can only remember 3 ever thoroughly reading the documents that they sign. Even the lawyers that I sold did not read the paperwork. No timeshare sales presentation is 90 minutes. They will keep you there until you get up and leave. The child is an option. Kids go to play area while parents are in the sales presentation. Kids is just an excuse to leave.
