Astute presentation however missing a critical component in the fight vs fascism. Behind totalitarian take-overs is satan. It is a spiritual battle manifesting in the physical world. Once people realize this, society can overcome and heal.

@@mollymagpie5965 Humans contain both "satanic" tendencies and "godly" tendencies. That is where the 'spiritual battle' exists... inside ourselves. This is not some hocus pocus magical thing that exists outside our own human nature. Once religious people realize this, we can at least acknowledge who we are and deal realistically with ourselves and issues, and maybe eventually overcome and heal for real.

Becoming an individual is important first before joining someone else's idea of a parallel society/dissident movement, sounds like any other group or mob of followers. Seems like AOI doesn't care about individuation anymore just playing on ur fear to get u to join the nearest mob that opposes the "status quo". The end of the vid is slightly more logical, but failed to get the emphasis on the individual right. People have to do this on their own first, becoming an individual is being cognitively dissonant today, people who think for themselves being insulted for doing so is proof of this. All of AOI's vids lately are the same stuff over and over, I guess I misjudged this channel.

As an Iranian who has been living under the Islamic republic's dictatorship and has lived and experienced the kind of tyranny described in this video, I can relate to every single word of it. I lived and studied abroad for more than 10 years but I could not bring myself to be an exiled dissident. I decided to come back home and do whatever I can, no matter how small, to make things better. Even now I need to use a VPN to be able to log into youtube as it is banned by the regime but I'm glad I'm challenging the system every single day. I try to enlighten my colleagues who have never lived outside the country and work hard in my position to change things for better.

A few easy steps I've took. 1. Stop watching news. Find something that's fairly unbias and objective, dropping a lot of the emotional queues. 2. Drop most social media, limit what you do use. 3. Stop living in fear of everything. The fear of being unsafe, the fear of opposing ideas, the fear that the world is ending, ect. 4. Accept your obligations and responsibilities and fulfill them.

This will change nothing and none of the solutions described in this video will work. The biggest mistake one can make is to abandon the idea of using violence as a possibility of countering totalitarian regime. Building parallel society ? It will never work in our case and it doesn't matter if this parallel society is within or outside of the totalitarian regime. If you understand what the enemy is doing, what their goals are, the scope of their narrative, then you will understand that they will simply not allow for any kind of dissent or parallel society to exist. Once they get sufficient control within their system, the mask will fall and you will see true face of the regime, which will simply aim to purge "heretics" & "diseased" from existence for refusal to be part of the system. What will save us ? Two things. People need to realize what it means to be human and what homo sapiens are as a species. If that is achieved, people will need courage to wage an open war against the enemy.

@@mello.b3373 During the 1950s, lawsuits are what finally brought an end to the excesses of McCarthyism. There WERE communists in Hollywood and in government, of course, but the country had moved to employers firing ordinary people for their political views or, worse, for their "suspected" political views. Citizens were being encouraged to snitch on each other. People's lives and careers were being ruined. People suing, and winning, stopped this. Today, lawsuits against vaccine mandates are now dropping all over the country. School board members are resigning because of contentious confrontations with angry parents over CRT. Go to war? Yes! A successful modern tyrant never presents himself as the thing to be afraid of... Everything to be feared with which you terrorize your peasants must be presented as some outside evil which only you can save them from. One recalls, 'The people never give up their liberties but under some delusion.' - Edward Bernays, father of modern media. "You must present them with the simple choice between obedience to you and the threat of some unpleasant happening, which does not appear to be of your doing and which you pretend to LAMENT the existence of. A simple example would be making up a plague of some sort, assuring people that millions are doomed to die and then claiming that giving you a lot of money and control is the only hope of averting disaster. Or you can pick up a real disease, grossly exaggerate the risks it poses to the peasants, whip them into a frenzy and then present yourself as their only hope for salvation, which of course, would require you to be given much wealth and power. Recent history gives many examples. Aids, anthrax, mad cow disease etc. Even the common flu could be used to whip up panic in the peasantry." - How To Be A Tyrant by Larken Rose

It's not so much irony as oxymoron and it reveals that law and violence are indiscernible. The 'state of nature' (also oxymoron), the struggle of all against all (homo homini lupus), is not something that precedes society, it is the hidden core of the state that reveals itself when the state falls apart (the dissolutio civitate). The primordial political act is not a social contract or treaty that governs the transition from 'state-of-nature' to society. It is a much more complex zone where the state is always already pseudo-nature and nature always already appears as nomos ('natural law') and state of exception.

And more. Lockdowns are only put in place to destroy middle class and non corporate bussinesses. i thought solzhenitsyn’s passage immediately before that one was more important; “And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?... The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin's thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If...if...We didn't love freedom enough. And even more - we had no awareness of the real situation.... We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.” -Alexander Solzhenitsyn

But this time their advice is not only bad but also dangerous. None of the solutions described in this video will work.

There are already schools that ultimately serve the purpose you suggest. When kids are tested as adults, they are all life-long learners, self-confident, most are business owners, and the list goes on. It' rather like they are a different species. Theyb do as well as or better than anyone other public school grad when it comes to SATs, when (IF) the students decide to take them. These are called "Democracy Schools". A famous one is in Sudbury, Mass. There as one in my little neck of the woods until George W. Bush came along with "No child left behind". @Oak that is a beautiful saying. I interoperate the teacher as truth, and the student as those who choose to seek those truths out or at least listen to them attentively and absorb it. Once you know the truth in any instance in life, you can use it like a sword or as a constructive hammer. What do you think of the quote you commented?

I am soooo very glad to see that your channel has well over a million subs. That gives me hope there are more intelligent people out there. And, I'm so glad you are so far surviving YT censorship.
