I installed a mod that makes random npc have prosthetics. Now the thralls of venge got severe nerf cuz they are all on prototype limbs. not that I ever go to venge anyway. I'm on a solo run so no reason to go there.

Yeah these limbs were the best i could afford at the time 😂 definitely going to be saving up to upgrade them. Try and train the stats while im at it. That's a good point about weapons. I really want to try a polearm character this time around. One i haven't really played with yet lol.

During a discussion of Kenshi's lore, another person stated that Shinobi Thieves are not exactly thieves, saying that this word in English can mean not only a person engaged in theft, but also a mercenary, someone closer to an assassin ... In my opinion, this is a rather dubious belief, but still I prefer to ask someone who speaks English: is this really true?

Nah thieves is thieves 😂 only used for someone who steals shit. I've never seen it uses to describe an assassin or mercenary. We'd use the latter terms for those, not thief. I could of course be wrong, but historically and in my experience this is the case.

A good thief would do it without violence or ever being seen. Opposite of an assassin. Though an assassin would want to not be seen as well, but their goal is purely violent.
