Hello! I would say that the main problem with game starts is that their conditions are either ridiculous (if we are talking about a modified start) or quickly lose their impact on gameplay. As for Torsolo specifically, I would say that it is rather boring and at the same time dangerous / random-dependent gameplay. With luck, you can get decent quality prostheses in a matter of days, I saw this at least once, with Schmidt in his season "Kenshi Великий рой" ("Kenshi: The Great Hive" yes, this is another Russian-speaking KZbinr), he started a torsolo and got the last prosthesis already in the second episode , at the moment 11:43 (according to in-game time this is Day 9, 19 hours 09 minutes). By the way, he also had Genesis. I would say that watching his adventures is entertaining (not only this season, in general), but at the same time I learned from his gameplay how NOT to do it, Schmidt made a lot of mistakes in his episodes, although he seems to be a very experienced player . On the other hand, however, he at least skillfully reduced his series by cutting out non-principled gameplay, but at the same time showing everything interesting. 2:00 By the way, I like this map better than the one you used before. Although, maybe this is the first map mod I've seen and I'm just used to it... 7:46 I think Genesis has a LOT of different dangerous animals. It seems that this is far from the strongest and not even the fastest among them ... 8:12 I don't remember if I told you this, but Scorchlanders are bloody mutants: compared to Greenlanders, they eat less, bleed slower, regenerate faster, see farther, have a higher minimum speed, and can eat raw meat.... In fact, all these penalties and bonuses seem to be a complete scam, due to the fact that this is actually not a flat change in the development speed, but part of a complex formula. I greatly enjoy this map in Genesis. Way better than the last one i used for sure! I haven't seen all the new modded gear, but i wouldn't be surprised if it made most of the vanilla obsolete 😂 as for prosthetics, the ones I've seen so far kinda make my guy way weaker lol. @@PapaCheddar im currently creating a patch for kenshi that would allow you to use living world, reactive world, genmod, recruitable prisoners and universal wasteland expansion. you might find it on steam in a month or so as im trying to get the developer of living world to fix 2 issues with his mod and then i should be able to finish making the patch. would be great if you give it a shot once its out as i'd like to spread the word of it since so many people love the mods.
