Thanks so much for sharing. This is definitely helping my friends and I get out of the rat race, both the game, and in real life. We even started a small community to help each other practice and really study and live out different strategies.

Thank you so much, I stumbled on your page today and thanks to your great teaching I got out of the rat race twice and went on to play the fast track twice and won both times..now I need to transfer the skills learned here to the real life. I will play once a week. See you on the Fast Track...somewhere in the world🤩

@@AxeandYung Thanks, I will let you know. I know the game is a little bit simplistic compared to real life in some ways (I mean there are a lot of legalities to property investing, for example), but the general principle it teaches is there: how to exit the rat race by making passive income equal to or greater than your living expenses. Now I just need to achieve it in real life.
@AxeandYung6 ай бұрын
While this is a game for learning, good that we get the point. In real life, there could be many more ways to earn passive income, or doing business with scalability potential which can also be quite passive. Hope you are going to achieve your goal in life 😀

Great game, I have just brought a real life cashflow board game. I must watch this over and over again to help me know how to play the real game. I still need to figure out what happens in the real board game when one reaches the fast track

You must be passionate in playing this, and it is addictive. How is it the real board game compared to the online version?

Thanks for showing what the game is :) pretty sure I'll do the opposite in real life which keeps me in the rat race. Hmmm seems simple but hard at same time
@AxeandYung2 жыл бұрын
Having awareness is the first step to get out of it. Then we will be more aware on how we spend and invest 😉 To apply in real life really need so much discipline, hang in there

The deals are out there. You just have know where to look for them. Or have contacts with people (real estate agents etc) who will notify you of potential deals.

Got lucky on small opportunity where a stock sold for a dollar and dumped all my money into it, then sold them all for 40 each lol

That is a great opportunity! I also tried buying with loans when the stock is sold for just a dollar, it is very lucky. In real life, it could be hard to spot the range

There is a flaw that do not consider what if your rental property is empty for a period of time or the tenant made a mess that cost more than his deposit.
@AxeandYung10 ай бұрын
Totally agree. This is a simulation game, focusing in the concept of passive income. Of course in reality, there could be many changes and challenges like what you said. I am grateful so far have not met any bad tenants
@koyaaanisquatsi7 ай бұрын
once I rolled the dice in the game and was at a loss after a tenant messed up my building, so there's that in the game, too
@AxeandYung4 ай бұрын
Hmm. probably there are expected cash outflow that force you to take a loan out? Sometimes rainy days and worse when we have little cash on hand, this is similar to life. By the way we are thinking to start play this cashflow game live every week
@AndresGuzman-z9z2 ай бұрын
It doesn't make sense, when you buy a home you only pay the down payments, why? in the game you never pay the full price of the home, your basically buying a home for 5 grand and then you get the tenants money without even paying the full price of the house
@AxeandYung2 ай бұрын
Hey Andres, thanks for your comment. Well observation. The cash flow game is designed in a way that we only pay the downpayment, which is like in most countries, and then we will pay for the monthly mortgage to the bank, which can be seen in the liabilities and expenses in the financial statement. We are not required to pay the full payment as we are assumed to borrow from the bank. Hope this is clear. Are you playing this game online?

Fun game but definitely not based on reality. When you buy a home you need good credit and a house that's rented out you will realize most of the money is going toward maintenance and up keep for the tenants than the income you get lol. Also a house for 45,000 is more likely a house that will need work. Tenants or no tenants. If life was as easy as this game we probably wouldn't be playing it 😂. Lol
@AxeandYung Жыл бұрын
I agree. A game is just for stimulation. In reality comes the property law and tax, especially in Singapore you know how uneasy it could be. I also did share about the reality of renting out a unit, facing the issue of increased maintenance fee and the current cold market 😅 Anyway we still believe in investment and planning works. Do share your ideas with us too.

@@AxeandYung yes invest definitely still works but unless you have millions of dollars you walking in a land mine when you are investing in real estate using debt and other people's money. I would personally make a business first before buying real estate .

@@scholageemusic9373 It makes sense. In real life, there are many other ways to earn extra income, while business is one of the ways. This cashflow game does offer some deal opportunities to open business like automated pizza shop, laundry shop and side project to partnership, these are the examples to earn first pot of gold too.
