is there any kind of financial reimbursement for customers to return the canisters to them? Or is it just because it's a great way to reduce, reuse, recycle? We are just looking into buying a soda stream. Also, what is the part about you only have 60 days to return the canisters or you're charged for them, part? Do they actually charge you the first time to buy them filled then they charge you again if you don't return them? Thank you for your help!

Hello, first off, thanks for watching. If you are just now starting your carbonation adventure and looking into machines I highly recommend the Omnifizz. With that being said any carbonation is going to be good but omnifizz just feels better since you can carbonate any beverage. On to your question, the canisters are $30 and to refill is $15. If you use Simpli Soda they have cheaper refills at $13 but they only have screw on type. If you get refills and you don't send back the empty cylinders instead of charging you $13-15 they will charge you $30. The key is to have 3-5 cylinders, when 2 or 4 cylinders are empty you send 2 or 4 back and always have 1 full cylinder. I will be coming out with a video in the coming week or so comparing different machines. Thank you for this. I have never done an exchange before, and they sent me that box inside another larger box with a ton of padding. I wasn’t sure if I needed to send the canisters double boxed or what (for safety etc). Thank you 👍

Where do you get the label? I have 4 empty pink quick connect canisters and a box, but it has an old UPS label on the box.

You need to order new ones on the website. They will send you the new ones and in that box there will be a return label for the old ones.

I never signed up for a subscription plan. It should be a one time checkout.

@@BrandonsFLUR Thank you sir, I figured out the part about needing to order from the soda stream site and not Amazon to receive the pre-printed label for the post office to ship. So if I send them 4 bottles...free shipping right. I should just be able to pre-order the next new bottles to be refilled when I'm ready correct? There should not be a time frame? There seemed to be a time frame on that subscription thing. That I don't like or trust.

I've never done a subscription. Just order 4 get the free shipping and when your bottles arrive just send the old ones back. @@kellyt5341
