ഭാര്യയുടെ പേരിലും രണ്ടു മക്കളുടെ പേരിലുമായി വിൽപ്പത്രം എഴുതുന്നു. അവരിൽ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും രണ്ടു പേർക്കോ , മൂന്നുപേർക്കുമോ, സാക്ഷികളാക്കാൻ പറ്റുമോ, അതിൽ അർത്ഥമുണ്ടോ . അതോ പൂറമെനിന്നുള്ള രണ്ടു സാക്ഷികൾ തന്നെ വേണമോ? ദയവായി പറഞ്ഞു തരാമോ. നന്ദി സാർ .

വിൽപത്രം രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തിട്ടും ഒരു കാര്യവുമില്ല . എന്റെ സ്വന്ത അനുഭവം .. അമ്മ മകന് എഴുതിയ property ഇഷ്ടദാനം മകൻ്റെ മരണ ശേഷം വിൽപത്രം രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ടായിരുന്നു ഭാര്യയുടെ പേരിൽ ' മകൻ്റെ മരണശേഷം അമ്മ property തിരികെ വേണം എന്ന് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു case file ചെയ്തു .original document അമ്മ കയ്യിൽ വച്ചു കള്ളക്കേസ് ഫയൽ ചെയ്തു ഇപ്പോൾ case നടക്കുന്നു' എന്റെ സ്വ അനുഭവം ' വിൽപത്രം എഴുതാതെ കൊടുക്കാൻ ഉള്ളത് ജീവിച്ചിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ തന്നെ പേരിൽ ആക്കി കൊടുക്കുക

ഞാൻ ഈ അടുത്തിടെ എന്റെ വിൽപത്രം എഴുതിപ്പിച്ചു, രജിസ്ട്രാഫീസിൽ ചെന്നപ്പം അവിടെ ആധാരം എഴുത്തുകാരുടെ ഒരു ഹാൾ അതിൽ ഒരുപാട് എഴുത്തുകാർ. എന്റെ കയ്യിൽ നിന്നും മൊത്തം 4000 രൂപ ആക്കി. സത്യത്തിൽ വിൽപ്പത്രം എഴുതാൻ 500 രൂപ രജിസ്റ്റർ ഓഫീസിലും, എഴുത്തു കൂലിയായി എന്തെങ്കിലും ചില്ലറയും കൊടുത്താൽ മതി. പക്ഷേ അത് അറിഞ്ഞുകൂടാത്തവരെ പറ്റിക്കാൻ ആയിട്ട് ഇതുപോലെ ദുഷ്ടന്മാർ ഉണ്ട്😭

സർ ദയവു ചെയ്തു മറുപടി തരണം. ഞങ്ങൾ 4പെണ്ണും ഒരാണും ആണ്‌. അപ്പൻ മരണപെട്ടു. അമ്മയുണ്ട്. അപ്പന്റെ അപ്പൻ സമ്പാദിച്ച വസ്തു അദ്ദേഹം 1970വിൽപത്രം എഴുതി. അതിൽ അപ്പന് പകുതി വസ്തുവും ബാക്കി രണ്ടു മക്കൾക്ക്‌ നേര്പകുതിയും. 1975അപ്പാപ്പൻ മരിച്ചു. ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് സാമ്പത്തികം ഇല്ലായിരുന്നു. ആങ്ങള വിദേശത്ത് ജോലികിട്ടി വീടുനടത്തിവന്നു. അതിനാൽ പെൺകുട്ടികളെ വിവാഹം കഴിപ്പിക്കണം എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു അപ്പൻ അപ്പന് ലഭിച്ച വസ്തു മകന് മാത്രമായി ഇഷ്ടദാനം കൊടുത്തു അയാൾ 1999വീടും വെച്ചു മൂന്നു പെൺകുട്ടികളെയും കെട്ടിച്ചു വിട്ടു. നാലാമത് പെണ്ണ് ഒരുആശ്രമത്തിൽ ചേർന്നു. ഇപ്പോൾ പെണ്മക്കളുടെ ഭർത്താക്കന്മാരും അമ്മയും ചേർന്നു ഈ സഹോദരനിൽ നിന്നും സ്വത്ത് അവകാശത്തിനു കേസുകൊടുത്താൽ എന്തെകിലും നടക്കുമോ?

വില്പത്രം പ്രാബല്യത്തിൽ വരുന്നത് എഴുതിയ ആളുടെ (Testator) മരണശേഷം മാത്രമാണ്. അപ്രകാരം കൊടുക്കുന്ന വസ്തു ലഭിക്കുന്ന ആൾക്ക് (Lagatee) ക്ക് 40 വയസ്സാകുമ്പോൾ മാത്രം ക്രയവിക്രയാധികാരം ലഭിക്കുമെന്ന Condition നോടെ will എഴുതാം. Testator ന്റെ മരണത്തോടെ വില്പത്രം പ്രാബല്യത്തിൽ വരുമെങ്കിലും Legatee ക്ക് ലഭിക്കുന്നത് വസ്തുവിൽ "vested interest" മാത്രമായിരിക്കും. 40 വയസ്സാവുമ്പോൾ പരിപൂർണ്ണ അവകാശം ലഭിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും.
